My socks were black on the bottom when we left and all I did was one light walking around to follow my daughter. I definitely wouldn't let my crawling baby anywhere near that floor. And the toys were everywhere. It was like a bomb had gone off. Seems like the gal that was running the front could have spent a little more time tidying up from the day rather than sitting on her phone. It was $18 and would totally be worth it if they did a better job deep cleaning and maintaining throughout the day.

They have a great size space to keep an eye on your little one easily. My little one had a blast playing with everything for 2-3 hours. They have snack drink area and also sell some items if you need something to eat/drink. They are sock so ensure you bring some, if not you can purchase some for $3! They had two restrooms and everything was mostly when we arrived on Sunday morning. They can host parties as well. Con: a lot of the small toys should be replaced like play food, blocks, and the small shelf that have some misc electric toys. Tables were sticky from constant use of wiping and cleaning.

I would totally recommend this place for your kids. It's located in River Park in between Claire's and Fuwa Fuwa. It's 19.99 per child and two adults can get in with child free. I think that's such a steal! They do require for you to sign a waiver every time you go in so be aware that you need to do that before you head over to front desk. Also, socks are required for everyone and they do have some to purchase too. They offer party packages which is awesome if you're looking to do your kids party elsewhere like here! As you can see in my video I've recorded, it's HUGE! There's a play area just for toddlers and on your right, for the big kids! HO is 10am-8pm and the great thing about coming here is you can always leave and go back in for that day of entry, just make sure you have your receipt. Food can be pricy inside so since it is in River Park there's food places around! Best time to go I would say is during Farmers Market for sure!

While we were sitting down eating a snack, one of the employees, Gabby, came over just to chat with us and check in on how our time was going. That has honestly never happened in all the times we've visited, and it really stood out. Kudos to Gabby for taking the time to make us feel welcomed and cared about. Small acts of kindness and great customer service truly make a difference

It's definitely geared more toward babies, toddlers, and younger children. My son is 9, so there were a few things he couldn't go on, but he and his cousin, who is the same age, still had plenty of fun. The party package included stuffing a teddy bear, which was a big hit with the kids. The staff was great--friendly, helpful, and made the party run smoothly.

The place is very bright and colorful so it's very inviting. The seating area for parents is spacious too and there is one tv playing. At first it seemed like such a big place but probably because it was just us. After almost an hour the kids had tried everything already. At least there are 3 slides but I can imagine it gets pretty crowded since there's only one way up. There is a tiny play ice cream truck and little fruits/veggies stand but the ice cream truck didn't have many of the ice cream scoop parts. The small table for building blocks was nice but again I'm sure it gets crowded. They have some snacks and drinks for sale in case you forget to bring yours. I think overall it was a lot brighter and cleaner than the other play place we went to in the area, but just less variety of things to play with, and they're the same price for entry.

They have an area for toddlers ( 3 and under) which is great, play appropriate, and fenced in. Trampolines, slides and a pretend city are present. Adults are required to supervise their child. The bad: The other side with the themed rooms is disappointing and the imagery of cops wielding guns is super inappropriate for a kids play place. Also smaller kids mainly play in the themed rooms yet the bike/trike area is right next to it causing some safety concerns for larger kids riding the bigger metal trikes next to crawling or wobbly new walkers. And yes as others have mentioned parents/ guardians consistently do not watch their kids here. Kids are constantly pushing, overpowering little/weaker kids. It's honestly been a great place for me to teach my son how to stick up for himself and use powerful but respectful language to deal with bullies.

We spent about 3 or so hours playing & exploring. It's really meant for younger ages, probably up until about 10-11. My son is going to be 11 next week & loved it because he loves dinosaurs, digging & science. Not sure i would go out of my way to go back, only because we don't live locally but if we lived in fresno I would consider getting a membership. They have a lot of great programs throughout the week which would be great for school field trips or homeschooling co-ops.

Came here once for my nephews birthday and haven't been back since, so it's been a while and I kind of forgot this place exists. You can get your tickets online, I happen to check at the right time because their prices and affordable on every first Saturdays of the month! The lady working was super friendly and helpful, she even told me they do music classes and that the kids are more than welcome to join. Around 11am they have a person doing a science presentation but unfortunately she was running late on her project and I overheard her being kind of rude and not in a good mood so we decided to move on to the next room. They were also selling boba and eggrolls outside, sorry I forget the name of the seller that had their booth there. The kids enjoyed the front area where they can dress up, draw and play with toys. There was also someone selling their 3D printed animals, which the kids loved so I caved and bought them all one plus help support small businesses. Overall it was a nice experience for the kids to enjoy.
