This place is a cute little indoor playground for kids! We came for a birthday party, and a waiver is required to be signed before the kids can play. It's definitely geared more toward babies, toddlers, and younger children. My son is 9, so there were a few things he couldn't go on, but he and his cousin, who is the same age, still had plenty of fun. Stopped by here during a road trip to take a break. We got there when they opened on a Thursday so it was all empty! By the time we left there were a few other families as well. The place is very bright and colorful so it's very inviting. The seating area for parents is spacious too and there is one tv playing. At first it seemed like such a big place but probably because it was just us. After almost an hour the kids had tried everything already. At least there are 3 slides but I can imagine it gets pretty crowded since there's only one way up. There is a tiny play ice cream truck and little fruits/veggies stand but the ice cream truck didn't have many of the ice cream scoop parts. The small table for building blocks was nice but again I'm sure it gets crowded. They have some snacks and drinks for sale in case you forget to bring yours. I think overall it was a lot brighter and cleaner than the other play place we went to in the area, but just less variety of things to play with, and they're the same price for entry. read more

I was visiting my daughter in Fresno I decided to take my granddaughter to the park, instead I found this little spot in a plaza it's like a miniature Chuck E. Cheese without the scary rat and hundreds of kids, screaming and crying. This is a more personal place for kids...it's like being in their own backyard. Went and visited last week and was super disappointed since our last visit . It was Dirty.. the gate walking in to the play zone is broken . The floor mats are super dirty and lifting in a lot of places making the kiddos trip. The balls in the ball pit had black stuff on them on various balls not all . As well as the play food for the ice cream shop .. I forgot our socks again this time and they didn't have kid socks available only adult sizes (still kinda expensive like last time ). I really loved this place last time and I hope the owner sees this and gives it a good cleaning and face lift . This is a gem and I would love to see it do better . I'm adding to this review after reviewing your previous Yelp reviews this was a reported problem to you 4 months ago via another review and you did nothing to solve it ...‍ you just accused her of falsely reviewing your business and saying you take pride in your employees cleaning before opening and closing, And to not tarnish a businesses name.. I took my 17 month old here for an event. It didn't seem like there was much for a child that age to do. Most of the things seemed geared for a child older. I think a 3 year old and above would have a great time. It was very clean. I also liked that they had a keurig and snacks available to purchase. Great idea in case a parent forgets. read more

I had the pleasure of having my little girl's 2nd birthday celebration here. We have been here once before and our kids loved it. With her birthday falling in the winter season, it was the perfect place to host her party. They offer different party packages with many additional options to add in as you need. Prices vary. Serge was immensely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of when I had any questions regarding party plans. His wife did a wonderful job decorating based on the party theme and the employee that was there day of to assist was very kind and helpful. The space inside is a pretty good size for a moderately sized party to be comfortable inside together. Bathroom available inside. Play area is very toddler friendly, and they prefer that those under the ages of 6 or 7 be the ones who actually play/utilize the play things. Plenty of parking available outside, though it is a shared parking lot with all other stores/restaurants in the same shopping area. Tip: our party was on a Sunday, and all other businesses were closed so we had the parking lot all to ourselves! Overall, I'd highly recommend this place for a toddler birthday party. We were in very good hands, which was needed on my part for this year's birthday party as I did not have much time and energy myself to really plan, decorate, clean, etc my own house to host. Today was the first time I was here with my son and he absolutely loved it!! It's incredibly clean, and really toddler friendly! My son is 17 months old and was able to access everything they have. He enjoyed the ball pit, the ice cream truck, the trampoline, and more. We will definitely be back! Also The restrooms are clean and there are snacks available for purchase. My daughter plus five friends (ages 2-5) had a blast here for 2+ hours! First impression was that it was small but clean and the woman in the front was very helpful and welcoming. Although small, it's very thoughtfully laid out and parents can easily observe all play from the snack/table area while our toddlers loved the array of unique play elements (including a zipline that is probably best for 5+ because of the weight needed to move it, though younger ones could use it safely with help). In our experience, kids 3+ were happy to play independently while their parents felt perfectly safe being hands-off (note: there weren't any older kids at the time which, of course, can change things). If money was no object, I'd definitely sign up for a monthly membership, but for now, we will keep it as our park backup when weather or air quality are poor. :) read more

First time there last Wednesday. The girl up front was really nice and helpful. Place looked clean but up close Mats where a little dirty but I imagine it's just from use. My daughter was the only one there so we had the place to ourselves, she had great time but after a while of being there the place was hot and it smelled of mildew. I would love to continue to go but fans everywhere or putting the air up would help so much. Also my daughter was doing the little climbing wall they have and one of the steps came off (green). Very cool place for toddlers. They have many games, my son has a good time when I take him there. Also the place is very clean.

It was affordable for sure and a super cute place, but I feel like the staff does not take the time to thoroughly clean and sanitize toys. Especially the ball pit. My daughter had to go to valley children's that evening because of a fever and breathing problem. My friend and I were VERY excited to see that there was a place near this side of town however, after being inside the first impression as I walk through the doors is that it is stuffy and hot. Mind you it's only in the 70s outside. It was so insanely hot unenjoyable. The cashier told us she would turn the ac on however, it was just not cooling down. The ball pits were disgusting with black stuff all over. I understand if maybe it was the end of the day however, we were there 2 hours after it opened. There was also a kid who had an accident and no staff helped sanitize and clean it up. Makes me wonder if anything there is sanitized. I'm sorry but I don't think I'd be going back here. Don't waste your money. Just go to oso de oro park next door and it's free! The lady there just seemed lazy. If you can't handle the amount of kids you have then turn people away rather than running a slop shop. read more

Very clean. Staff was really great with helping out with everything. We had a tough crowd of Littles and the staff did very very well.

We booked my daughters birthday and it was a hit! All ages had a blast! Such cute decor inside! Love that they offer add on services, we went with the cotton candy and it was delicious! Very clean, professional and friendly staff! Will be going back soon for play dates! Highly recommend! read more
