I would leave zero stars if I could. I called and he said he would be there at 420pm. Obviously no call no show. I called him and he sent me straight to voicemail. Texts me and says he's on his way, 445pm eta. I call him at 5pm and he says 530pm, and then literally right after that tells me "feel free to call another locksmith." I told him I was willing to wait and he then said he wasn't coming. The whole thing was a complete waste of time and ridiculous. Why jerk me around if you were never going to come in the first place? Three weeks later its bad and he quotes $306. to replace the lock then installs a a lock I find out only costs $60. but tells us there is no service charge because he mis-diagnosed it the first time. If I could give this man a zero I would! From him charging us $280 for the incorrect key to him not correctly bypassing the anti theft system to him ignoring calls and giving us the run around he is beyond unprofessional and such a liar! He made us buy parts for something he said he was going to fix and never showed up lied about being on his way for a week straight. Now we're out of $500 because of him. He has a terrible attitude when he's wrong he will ignore you and lie to you! Please take your business elsewhere. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional and unreliable! Also let me add that he gave us the wrong key that went to our vehicle. Once I told him that he tried to then give us the correct key. Mike is awesome! I called him because my car's electronic key wasn't working and the mechanical lock is broken so I couldn't get in. He got me into the car and diagnosed the real problem: the 12v battery was dead, which kept the key from working. He also made me a spare key on the spot, for half the price that the dealer charges.
