I have been going to this master for almost 5 years (maybe even more), and every time she makes perfect nails and gives me advice on how to keep them from breaking . As for quality, I would never change her with anyone else. Once, only once I went to another master as Alyona was away on vaca and I got fungus! A f... fungus! I have never had this with Alyona! This was my fist time here. I am very happy with the service. Knarik did my hard gel, she is amazing, I highly recommend her and will definitely come again. The staff is s really friendly. I am editing this review because the hard gel polish was breaking and nail going bad after 12 days I was told that the polish will last for at least 3 weeks but didn't even stayed for 2 weeks.. very disappointed . I drive an hour to my 9 am confirmed appointment, but they don't open til 12? When I called, the man on the phone told me that was impossible. I asked him, why would I do that to myself? Why would I drive an hour for my appointment if I knew they weren't going to be open? He said he didn't know me and I probably just wanted to leave a bad review. He asked me to send him a copy of my confirmation email that he was so sure I didn't have. I sent them to him. He then proceeded to tell me that the only thing he could do for me was reschedule me for TOMORROW!? This person obviously doesn't understand business and customer satisfaction, for there was absolutely no customer service. I wasted my energy, gas, and -most importantly- time. Something that was supposed to be a treat for myself has turned in to a nightmare. I would not recommend this place based on that interaction alone. I am so frustrated with this place right now. First of all when I called I said I want to make an appt with Alena and he told me she's not available until 5pm but then before I could respond he said that she is not busy at the moment and asked me what time I can come in and I said 2pm. So I came in and they passed me off to another employee instead who is technically only been doing this for a year. Also, they didn't tell me that it was going to take 3 hours just for a full set. I found out after she had already started. I was pissed and annoyed. The girl tried her best but my nails looks like crap. This is possibly the worst set of nails I have ever seen in my life and embarrassed to go to work tomorrow with these nails, that's how bad it is. The technician knew I didn't like it and they still charged me full price. They also called me a liar and stated supposedly told me that Alena wasn't available and that this tech was going to do it. That never happened and I speak English clearly, they don't. The shape is all uneven, the lengths are uneven, some of them are too wide and I told her I want it narrow, the overall nail bed is uneven as some parts are thicker than others. Look at the pictures for yourself. They have no customer service and now I have to pay more money to take them off tomorrow as I can't stand to look at them. I literally wanted to cry. By the way I thought these were supposed to be hard to take off and yet I didn't even make it home without one coming off. I paid $45 for this crap? RIPOFF!!!! STAY AWAY TRUST ME!!!! It's been about two years now that I found Alena and since then my nail game has changed completely! By that time I basically made my peace with my fat little sausages and tiny broken nails because nobody in this city could do a decent job with a full set. My ultimate moment of glory happened soon after Alena worked her magic on me and somebody at the bar randomly approached me and said that I should be a hand model! ME AND MY SAUSAGES (a questionable pick up line, but what an incredible compliment to Alena's work). She is SO GOOD that nobody can ever guess this is not gel manicure. She works with gel and I prefer it over acrylics your nails underneath are absolutely healthy.
