Let me preface this review by saying that I have had experience in dealing with companies that do this type of work; and I can tell you that it is sort of a hit and miss thing. I found this service on line while I was in Oakland, California trying to get visitation with my grandson. I called at 2:30pm and Henry showed up and ready to serve my papers at 3pm. The price was outstanding for the service I needed. In my case, I was a master tenant who had the misfortune of a playing major role in a sub-tenant horror flick, starring Z. By the time I called upon HelpUServe, the other sub-tenant and I (we were three in the house) had endured three months of harassment and deliberate disturbance to our peaceful and quiet enjoyment which was extreme to the extent that the other sub-tenant moved out to seek refuge with family friends. When asked to give her notice, Z refused saying, "Lawyer up." In her last month under agreement, when Z unilaterally decided not to pay rent and communicated intent to draw down her security deposit in lieu, I turned to HelpUServe after reading the review of the other master tenant who posted here. Once again, Henry and Latoya helped me out of a major jam! 2 tenants who stopped paying and stopped answering phone calls; they were already a month and a half behind and I needed to do something quick so I wouldn't keep losing money.
