Brian and his team painted the interior of our home in late January. Brian, Steve, and Jackson were all friendly, polite, and very conscientious. Their attention to detail was great and they were so pleasant that it wasn't a hardship at all to have them in our home for several days. Brian noticed some areas around the windows that needed some work before painting so, with our consent, he contacted a dry wall expert for us. That was very helpful and facilitated getting the painting done in a timely manner. We also had carpet replaced while Brian and his team were here. Brian also worked with the carpet installer to coordinate their days on site and to make sure baseboards were painted and ready to go when the carpet was installed. Overall, a great experience. Brian and his crew (Rob & Steve), did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my older, rather large home - which was last painted over 12 yrs ago. They also painted a new wood front door and wood french doors. The front door is amazing, the color pops nicely as an accent piece. Brain also included a badly needed paint job on my Pickett fence and arbor. What a difference that made! Looks like a new home. I get so many positive comments on the new paint job from passing neighbors! Brian is very easy going and communicates well about the project and timeframes. He is very dependable. Prior to putting on the exterior paint they: H20 blasted the house & deck, filled all the holes with wood putty/speckle, primed the entire house. They were pleasant, polite & professional. I have had Brian and his crew do two projects at my home in Paradise Park, Santa Cruz which included a complete house pressure wash, prep and paint and a newly constructed patio cover and I couldn't possibly be happier. I am thrilled with the finished product. I hadn't had the house painted in 8 years and being located in the redwoods up highway nine, the cleaning and prep was quite a challenge, but Brian and crew did a fabulous job at what turned out to be a very competitive rate. I have had numerous neighbors stop by to comment on how beautiful the new paint job is and ask about who the painter was. One more thing, as in all trades of construction, there are usually some hiccups when it comes to nailing down the exact time and date but Brian ALWAYS kept me informed and when it became my turn they were there when promised. Brian and his team spent a good week plus painting and readying our ninety year old three-story house for sale this past February. Brian was very flexible, working between breaks in the weather, around other tradesmen, and against our own changing list of interior painting needs. They came back a couple of times for small jobs as we found them. And for weeks later, Brian himself did the inevitable touch up jobs as we discovered them. Not a single complaint. In fact, Brian brought a cheerful demeanor throughout the whole process. He was on the same page as our realtor on color choice. As you drove down our long driveway, the off-white color really popped against the forest backdrop. As you got closer the new paint covered many of the home's faults and pulled it all together for both photography and the first and only Open House. After 6 months downsizing and fixing things, we sold the house in six hours for over the asking price. And much, much more than any realtor we interviewed initially thought. Brian and his team painted the inside of our cottage at Mt Hermon. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. We liked their work ethic and trusted them with the key when we were not there. After completing the job, we asked them to completely paint the outside with primer and 2 coats. Brian visited our house on a Saturday, did a careful walk-through of the job, and promised an estimate within a week. On the following Saturday, I sent an e-mail reminder and he replied that I would have the estimate Monday. That was two weeks ago, and no estimate ever arrived (and I did check my spam folder to be sure). I was counting on this estimate and finally had to arrange for another bid to complete the process. read more
