As my massage was prenatal, we ended up having separate rooms, but Cindy checked to make sure I didn't mind first, and we were totally fine with whatever setup worked best. Cindy made sure I had proper supports for laying down, and used a body pillow to hug while lying on my side when it was time to do my back. Two days later my back started hurting and my skin is numb on my back around to my stomach. I went to dr. the massage was too hard and she hit trigger point nerves in my back and that is what has caused the pain and numbness. it can take up to 6 weeks to go back to normal! DON'T GO BACK!!!
