Thrift stores are becoming more like consignment shops with more collectable and high end items. My problem is when they overcharge for them. My know here is the same I have at most thrift shops they are 95% housewares and woman's clothing. As a man, I donate items that no longer fit or are just not my style and I assume I am not alone, that said, it's hard for me to find a selection of menswear at most thrift stores. This isn't my neighborhood, so it's less than likely I'll be back, but that said despite a friendly staff, this place is just not catering to men.

I have been shopping for clothing here most recently, following a large weight loss and have been very pleased with both the quality and assortment of clothing. The everyday prices are great, and by shopping on discount days (a calendar is available which shows these) i've scored some great outfits for just a few bucks. Most recently i spent all of three bucks and got two pairs of pants and a Gloria Vanderbilt blouse by coming in on Sunday when all clothing is 99 cents per piece. The big building on the lot is also the home of the Project Pride office for the Snohomish Co. PUD, they distribute the funds. Unlike some so called thrift stores St Vincent de Paul is heavily involved in helping those who are in need in our local community, not a popular subject in the extreme right wing atmosphere in this country which seems to believe that only the rich deserve to live with any dignity. Are there some high priced items on display? Yes, there are, but i would rather see this in these places which help others, than have the money going into the pocket of some fat cat.

Please stay far away from this shop…read more I found this place on Apple Maps, I had never seen it before, I go check it out. As soon as I walk in the isles are small and made me feel suffocated, I'm use to antique stores being crowded but this was just gross and disgusting. The music was BLARING I couldn't even think. I look through one small rack of clothes and a small box in the front, nothing peaked my interest so I walk out of the store without purchasing anything. I go into another shop next door, later as I'm leaving another shop, a lady with long dark hair starts running at me filming me saying I stole and to never come back. She took pictures of my car, she filmed me. Lord knows where she will post them. I felt so scared, I didn't even come to the conclusion that she thought I stole till a bit after, I was terrified that this strange lady was screaming and filming me getting into my car. I was shaking and on the verge of tears on my way home.
