It made what should have been a routine experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. On top of that, I was referred out for a root canal to an out-of-network specialist without that being clearly communicated to me. This ended up costing me significantly more than expected. Because of this referral, I quickly exhausted my insurance benefits and was left paying much higher out-of-pocket costs. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about this, the office was not willing to take responsibility or work toward a resolution. I was still charged an additional $647, which they would not waive despite the circumstances. Overall, this experience was frustrating both from a care standpoint and a financial transparency standpoint. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about referrals and insurance coverage before proceeding here.

I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.

I am one to always ask questions because I can't see into my own mouth and I'm curious to know exactly what's going on. Just in my initial contact with the office of Dr. Bidgoli, I could easily see the strong professionalism of the practice. It was even more so during my first appointment, especially with regard to the steps taken to ensure BOTH the safety of patient and staff during Covid. As for my time with Dr. Bidgoli, "impressive" is the best descriptor that I can offer. Her consultation was clearly rooted in the best interest of me, the patient. I met with Dr Goguen and she was able to walk me throug the process and procedures that would fit my individual situation. She and the staff set up a plan and put me in contact with their Anesthesiologist Dr Dorsch. She in turn explained her potion of the process and answered any questions I had. After my appointment was confirmed, I received calls from both Advanced Endodontics and the Anesthesiologist two days before my procedure to make sure I was ready. One the actual day I arrived and the staff was totally prepared and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. The process went exactly as planned on time with no issue. Dr. Thomas's 31 years of being an endodontist, including eight years in the Navy and being deployed during Operation Iraq, has served her well.
