A few days before it was supposed to be ready Shannon gave the round around about a light that was supposedly ordered for next day delivery and a day shy of a week later, that light still had not come in. It was not on back order and I was told that there was no tracking number. I called where she says the light was ordered from and they said they don't even sale that particular light! Shannon was very rude and has been throughout the entire process. Her customer service is horrible. We are never using this place again and we're definitely not recommending it to anyone!
