My husband and I came in today for the first time. We wanted to check the store out so we got a few…read morethings. We went to check out and Karan was our cashier. She asked if we "want bags or boxes". I said bags. She replied "well the boxes are free. Bags are 15 cents". I said "that's fine I don't mind". We didn't need anymore boxes at our house being as we just moved so we're drowning in them. So she goes silent and starts scanning away. I'm looking for my card and she goes "you need to grab the boxes to take to your car". I looked at my husband wide eyed and confused and said "I asked for bags didn't I" just for reassurance. He's super passive so he didn't want to say anything. I'm not sure if she wasn't listening but saying it twice seemed like enough to me. I don't know if she wasn't interested in working or if she was having a bad day but it really made for a poor end to our experience. Listen to your customers requests Karan. This store is trapped in an endless store reset. The grocery aisles were narrowed and way too long. If you get in one and someone gets behind you or comes the other way, you're trapped. It's a miserable and confusing place to shop.

She was not welcoming or helpful at all. She looked at the glasses and said yup they're broken and handed me a flimsy white piece of paper and told me to go to Hillsboro to get them welded. I left and decided to call another location. I believe her name is Shaina.
