I've been coming here consistently for a little over a year now, and it genuinely feels like I'm stopping by to hang out with friends who just happen to take some blood from me and feed me snacks. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and what really stands out is how familiar and sincere the staff are with each other and with donors. There's clearly very little turnover, and it shows. People know your name, greet you like you're a regular, and actually seem to enjoy being there. It gives big "Cheers" vibes, but with juice boxes.
