They send you outside and I have had to go back in to remind them I am outside. Last time I tried to shop there, I ended up leaving and going down the road to make my purchase. I paid more but got prompt service. Tractor Supply is turning into the Walmart of farm and ranch and that is not a compliment.

Went here with my parents to get my dad's horse some feed…read more The cashier was really sweet and she told us they had other animals in the back room. She mentioned a mini pig so I had to see it. Once we got back there she pointed out that there was a snake in one of the tanks. I asked if I could hold the snake but then I was not expecting the snake to be the size it was. I thought it was like a baby still. Lol so I was scared at first when she pulled it out and was like ehhhhh I don't think I wanna hold it. She goes to put it back in the cage and then I change my mind and wanted to hold it again, so shoutout to that lady for being patient with my crazy self. Anyways, I held this ball python and it actually wasn't bad at all. I've been playfully saying I wanted a pet snake for years but after holding this one I kind of actually really want one! This store was very clean and everyone who worked there was very nice! We received great service here and I'm sure my dad will make this his regular place for horse feed now. The guys who work there also load your car for you when you buy anything that they store in the warehouse so that was nice that we didn't have to carry the heavy bags of feed or anything.

So first employee gets off his vehicle and greets me with "your going to be a while, we still have to open" so I said ok and let him know I just need a quick propane refill. I didn't mind waiting but what really pissed me off is that a guy comes out at 11:03 dragging his feet acting upset. So I just left him alone let him do his job and refill my propane tank. Once he was done he gave me my tank back then wrote the total in a paper so I can go pay, but in this entire process this guy never looks my way or acknowledges that I exist! So once he puts the ticket my way I grab it and tell him "thank you I appreciate it" and he just walks off!!! I will definitely just keep going to tractor supply in town, they have always been super friendly. Even on Sunday mornings lol!!

We specifically came in for work boots with steel toe that somewhat resemble cowboy boots. And there were plenty to choose from, some of the sizes were out. But we found another style that did have the correct size (Ariat). There's plenty of parking on either side even with it being busy. It also wasn't too difficult merging out into 287 traffic, thankfully. Good place to shop!

Came across Outdoor World when I started looking for a replacement for my 2006 Ferris Zero-Turn and…read moresure glad I did! They had the best prices of anyone especially with the zero percent financing on their Stihl mowers. They gave me a reasonable trade-in for my old Ferris and I ended up buying a Stihl RZ752i Zero Turn. And they were throwing in the upgraded suspension seat at no additional cost! JR and the rest of the staff were amazing throughout the process and JR actually helped me decide between the Stihl RZ552 and the RZ752i. I changed to the RZ752i and sure glad I did! I have about 10 hours on it and it's been outstanding, great ride, nice cut and just feels like a high quality machine! The only hiccup was the that assembler failed to tighten the battery cables so after about 7 hours it failed to start and there was some "arcing" from the loose connection. Easy fix, tightened up the connections and no further issues. Would not hesitate to buy again from the guys and so impressed that I'm willing to drive the 40 miles from my house and have them do the scheduled maintenance on it. In my opinion, you can't go wrong giving these guys a chance to earn your business.

I brought my Kubota Lawn Mower to Zimmerer Kubota in Decatur, hoping to find a knowledgeable…read moreservice department that could help me with the noise I was hearing from my engine. They misdiagnosed the issue saying it was my carburetor and fuel pump. They charged me $175 for the diagnostic and wouldn't refund my money despite their error. After their inspection, they wanted to replace my carburetor and wanted over $1400 to replace it. I thought that too high, so I took it to a second mechanic who quickly identified the problem was with the engine. He removed the cover and showed me that the flywheel could be spun by hand, which indicated damage to cylinder/piston. This second diagnosis cost me $250, because of the misdiagnosis I had him inspect my carburetor again bringing my total to $425 of wasted money. However I am relieved I didn't let Kubota proceed with the carburetor replacement, which wouldn't have fixed nothing and I'd been out $1400 and still would had a damaged cylinder/piston. I'm grateful to have found a mechanic who knows his stuff. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! ---
