I came to Paradigm because I found a Groupon for a massage at their practice. I thought it might be useful to go to a chiropractic center as opposed to just a traditional spa for a massage, and it was a good decision. While the office overbooked my scheduled appointment slot, precluding me from getting a massage at the appointed time; they arranged for me to have a complimentary chiropractic check-up at that time instead and reschedule my massage for the following Monday. The massage rooms are pretty no-frills, but that was OK in this case. No essential oils, herbal tea, or any of that; but Roy did a great job with the massage. He listened carefully to the areas I was concerned about and made some recommendations on stretching more regularly to reduce tension in my legs. All in all, I think this was a good value (even at the regular, everyday price) and will likely return. Roy or Ray was great Not a ton of thrills but wonderful massage read more

Hands down the best chiropractor office! Dr. Jenkins- Started going to Dr. Jenkins at least 5 years ago. At that time I was terrified of the chiropractor and anyone cracking my neck and he immediately helped me get over that fear. He was thorough, knowledgeable and definitely trustworthy if you are nervous about visiting a chiropractor office. He has helped with adjustments, minimizing or totally getting rid of a pain in my body, and even knew when I was having sinus infections and helped me be able to breath and not be so congested from his techniques. Office- clean, never have to wait a long time to be seen. Receptionist/admin is always nice and fun to talk to. Other doctors- I have gone to the other doctors in his absence or when I needed an emergency appt and they are also knowledgeable. read more

Dr. Anthony Ward has been incredibly helpful in treating various hip, back, and neck pains. When I went for my first visit, I had very limited range of motion in my hip and was struggling to put weight on it. After a few weeks of visits, Dr. Ward had me ready to go for a golf trip to Ireland - I walked 18 holes for four days in a row, pain free! Customer service is lacking , and so is their appointment keeping apparently. As a new patient, this lackluster approach will have me take my business elsewhere. This review is long overdue! I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I owe Dr. Jenkins and his staff a big note of THANKS!! I have been coming to his office for several months and have seen nothing but steady, continued progress and improvement from back issues and pain --stemming from years of physical fitness activity and my work-related environment. I have been an avid fitness enthusiast and athlete for most of my life. I also happen to have once been a fitness instructor / trainer for several years. And much like many of my fitness peers, we think we know it all or can heal ourselves when it comes to common injuries and pain. You name it, I have had many athletic sprains, injuries, knots, and pain in the past. Many of which I was able to resolve on my own. However, my latest issues were causing significant back pain and becoming problematic for me to the point where even simple daily tasks were difficult. And, my gym workouts and exercise frequency was little to none. I knew I needed a professional to help me out. Enter in Paradigm Chiropractic & Performance. After a year of dealing with back pain, limited range of motion, tension headaches, and lessen gym activity...something had to give. Upon the first visit to Dr. Jenkins office and his very first evaluation of my issues....I knew he was very knowledgeable and experienced in sports performance / work related injuries. He listened intently and assessed my problem accurately; without me steering the evaluation or mentioning conclusions made by previous Chiropractors in the past....and believe me there have been many over the years! In addition, he identified and honed in on another problem (posture alignment -foot related) that was compounding my issues and causing severe foot pain; which I knew of but did not mention to him at all! This is when you know you've found the right person for the sake of your individual health and wellness team. In a nutshell, we discussed a plan of action comprised of several visits. I stayed the course and remained patient under his guidance and treatment sessions.....and now, I can say I am just about at 100% again and my gym workouts are back on par! A significant degree of the pain that I was dealing with was eliminated during the first and second visit. I have seen nothing but steady progress since. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins! He is a constant pro right off the bat. Not only does he treat your pain, he educates you along the way. He is approachable, honest in his opinions, and eagerly answers any questions, fears or concerns you might have about chiropractic care. His staff is professional and friendly too. But I was "kindly" greeted by a less than professional "office manager" i have no words for how I was greeted when there was a miscommunication in scheduling. She insisted on going back and forth with me to make her point across and in the same breath stated that customer service is always a priority. I beg to differ. I needed to see Dr. Corbett for an adjustment to help my neck, due to painful muscle knots, and SI joint, which seemed out of place and very painful. Javasia got me a speedy appointment! Savannah does stim, heat, and traction. Javasia, Savannah, and Dr. Corbett are always so professional, very knowledgeable, and couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jenkins is incredible. Forget everything you think you know about chiropractors. Think instead of a gentle magician who takes a holistic approach to your overall healing. His approach to adjustments is unique and through them he has been able to resolve long standing issues in my neck and back. Appointments begin on time, and he quickly and effectively puts your body back in place. He listens to your concerns and addresses them and also *corrects issues you had no idea you had*! But once they're fixed you leave his office feeling as if you're floating! Dr. Jenkins also thinks critically about the interconnectedness of the body's systems which is why he was able to figure out the connection between of a bunch of health issues I was having.
