Crystal set up an appointment and Duane, his crew magnificently transformed our "black beauty" to brand new! Now their process is "paint less", however Duane took his artistic flair to the scratch (using a GM Paint repair tube set) I purchased beforehand to totally and beautifully paint and erase the deep scratch saving us $1000's of dollars!
