Tony of Henderson Earthworks did an amazing job creating a new leach field for our septic system. We had guests staying with us so before their arrival we wanted the septic system pumped. When they pumped it and inspected it, that's when we found a problem. That was Friday afternoon. Tony scheduled time with us early Saturday morning to assess the problem and come up with a plan and quote to resolve it. By that Sunday morning we got the plan and quote. He rearranged his schedule to help us as quickly as possible because the tank was not properly draining into the existing leach field. He began working on Monday and has been working all week. He explained everything to me without my having to ask, every step of the way. He's been patient with my questions. He took pictures of his progress and some final pictures and sent them to me along the way. He left our property looking better when he was done than it looked before he started. We had a very challenging septic replacement job. Tony went the distance to research and advise on the best solution. He kept us informed thru the entire project and did everything possible to accommodate our tenants. 2 years later we had an issue that had nothing to do with his work. He came out on short notice, determined the problem and had it resolved the next day. Odd that I saw the negative review. Tony was referred to me by my general contractor to remove dirt from the construction and grade the site. He was responsive and retuned to haul off another pile from another grader who did not have the ability to haul the dirt to the nearby dump. Pricing seemed competitive considering it included hauling it away. read more

We paid Tony Henderson a $12,000 deposit over 6 months ago and he has failed to provide updates or initiate work. We've been friendly in all our correspondence, but at this point we've been left with no other recourse, but to hire an attorney. He's been rude, condescending and antagonistic even though after months, we've continued to treat him in a professional and even kind manner. We believe he may be having financial issues as we've seen a recent online compliant from a worker that hasn't been paid. There are other complaints from customers that have experienced hazardous situations due to poor workmanship online as well. Tony has become unresponsive and at this point my opinion is Tony never had any intention of completing the work when he came and took our cash. Tony built up a pad and poured footings and slab for my workshop. It required a lot of fill on one end. Originally he was going to bring in fill, but he suggested that we remove the material from the ridge on the lot which greatly increased usability of the lot by providing a large flat area. The concrete footings and slab were also done very professionally. Tony is willing to work long hours to deliver a superior product.
