I can't say enough great things about this company. From the start, Steve (sales quote) was professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. We worked with Steve & Travis (builder) to install a garden in our backyard and build a small enclosure around our AC. I provided him with photos and a description of what we wanted and Travis did the rest! I'm pretty picky, and he did a phenomenal job! His work was top notch and we would use him again in a heartbeat. Travis and his team did a very professional job at tearing down a old wood fence and putting up a new vinyl privacy fence. The work was clean efficient and on time. I also had a new gate placed. The crew for Henderson Services was outstanding. It took some time to get materials due to COVID related supply chain shortages but the wait was worth it. Cody and the install crew were OUTSTANDING. They kept us informed during the entire installation. Great starting walk through and informed us as they progressed each day. Sought us out to ask questions about our preferences during install. When they had an issue with tree roots they suggested a few solutions which worked out better in the end. We were impressed that they took the time to adjust the fence runs so it looks straight and smooth. Not a roller coaster like a lot of other installers. Very professional crew. Courteous, well mannered and treat us and each other with respect. Very impressed. Felt like we got a good deal for the project size and scope. 320 feet of fence with 3 gates installed in 3 days. They cleaned up each day so our yard was still usable. Took the dirt pile from the post homes with them at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them for your fence project. read more

Contacted through home advisor, started off great with a quick reply and estimate appointment scheduled. All downhill from there. On the day of my appointment at 730am I sent a text message confirming my appointment at 10am. I received this reply "I forgot about a family reunion can we please meet tomorrow?". Less than 2.5hts prior to my appointment I was being cancelled and asked to reschedule. Mind you I work 80hrs per week and I am only available on weekends, I usually reserve this time for my family and errands etc. when I expressed my dismay I quickly was told "I didn't cancel I can still come, I just asked if we can do tomorrow? I wasn't attending reunion I just needed to help my wife get the kids ready." I have children as well so at this time I calmed down and had empathy for his situation and still allowed him to come that day as he offered. He arrived and took a look for all of maybe 10 minutes. This seemed rather normal because it was small job that seemed rather straightforward. 90 linear ft of fence, one corner, one 6x4 gate. But this is not my profession so I cannot comment on what's truly involved in gathering info to provide a fence installation estimate. When he finished he said "I'll have the quote to you by Sunday-Monday." I told him take his time I wasn't in a rush, and thanked him for his time. Going forward to Tuesday I still had not heard from him so I sent a text asking if he forgot about me. He replied no and he would have estimate to me that night. This was July 9th. I did not receive estimate until July 11th. The estimate came in ata obnoxious $4700. No itemization at all showing costs for labor, materials, permits etc. just a huge number that I was supposed to trust with no reasoning. Mind you the materials are about $2100, that's $1600 in just labor I'm assuming as I'm not aware of permit cost if needed. I have since received 3 more estimates all being atleast $1,000 less for material + labor and labor only quotes between $1,200-$1,750. I followed up again this morning July 24th at around 9am asking if it's possibke to get a labor only quote. At 230pm I still hasn't received a reply. When I sent a text that said "don't bother replying" (because I was truly done with the hassle. I quickly got a text saying "sorry I was in surgery just leaving hospital" I know things happen, life gets in the way, and also children are of utmost importance. I empathize with all these things. But after poor communication and the 3rd-4th "excuse" as to why I couldn't help but think I was being lied too and blown off. I believe I was intentionally given Avery high quote to be pushed off. Is this professional? I think not. Now what if I would have never sent a text to confirm? Would he have even contacted me at all? Did they forget about me? That I cannot answer. This is very long winded but I hope it makes other customers aware justeho they are dealing with! read more

They all worked hard, showed up when they said they would. Travis even helped my neighbor out with a quick little job at the same time.
