He couldn't make appointment so he sent his brother to meet with me. His brother measured all 5 windows and said Juaquin will get back in touch with me with quote. Never got a call. I then called Juaquin 2 weeks later to get update. His 1st response was he figured I didn't want the windows done! Not sure how he decided that! Said he will jump on it and get back to me in a few days. Never responded. I had to call him again a week later. Then he said he may need to go back out to measure, I said let me know and I will meet you. No response once again. Had to give up and look elsewhere.
