They have everything we need plus more! As a longtime softball mom who moved here 3 years ago shocked to find the indoor/outdoor training facilities were obsolete here I'm so glad to find this place so close to home! Florida weather during sports seasons calls for covered options and now that 5 tool is open I don't have to worry about my daughter's practice/training time being interrupted by the occasional shower storm. And just to reiterate the staff here are the best I've found in town. They are tough and patient but not afraid to push the kids to their top performance. As the new home of the 14u Jacksonville Crusaders, this is one of the finest facilities I've seen. The fields are immaculate. The batting cages are lighted and in great condition. The concessions is clean and well stocked. Large, clean bathrooms are easily accessible. The park volunteers and grounds crew are top notch. I can't say enough great things about this park and am so happy that this is where my sons's team will be practicing and playing this season.

My son has played 4 seasons of t-ball and baseball at this park and we have had a great experience…read more Although the coaches are parent volunteers most of them really know tgeir stuff and are great with the kids. Tgere are opportunities for advanced play and all-stars even for the younger kids. A full snack bar and just a great group of people who make all the time spent at the park fun. There are a couple of coaches who care more about their team winning and building a 'stacked' team but that is not the norm and perhaps unavoidable in the sports world.

The playground is…read morelocated on the north side of the park. * Playground equipment - The city recently updated all the playground equipment (Summer 2025) * Gazebos - several gazebos with picnic tables * Trails - lots of people walk around the outside of the baseball parking circle, but there is a trail under the trees eat the playground I've stopped in the park when the weather is good and worked under the picnic tables (on my laptop). Parking Note: If there are adult or teenage baseball games happening be sure to choose your parking carefully - balls do sometime clear the fence.

We end up having over double the amount of players on our team each time and it is very frustrating. If you can find another league I highly recommend it.
