No butcher shop intimidation here plus they have EVERYTHING. Beef, pork, chicken, fresh and frozen meats, specialty cuts, house made goodies, seasonings, sauces, you name it. They also do custom cutting for larger orders. Prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the quality and selection. Fun place, good value, great people and lots to discover. We recently purchased a smoker and were so excited to smoke some meat on the upcoming weekend. We decided on buying meat from a butcher to smoke. Looked up nearby places on the internet, and the only one open near us was Top Choice Meats. They received great reviews, so we decided to give them a shot. They're located in a strip mall with plenty of parking available. We were greeted as we walked in (always a good sign). The inside was very clean and organized. The young lady who helped us was super helpful and knowledgeable with all questions asked. We decided on a brisket, but the one in the case was around 8 lbs, which was way too big for just the two of us. She offered to cut it in half. Perfect! We got home, made a rub, and smoked it for about 4 hrs on 250°. Once the internal temperature reached 195°, we removed it to let it rest for about an hour. We sliced it and wow, oh wow, it was outstanding! The flavor of the meat was amazing. We were very happy with our first smoke. Since our first visit was great, we came back this weekend for steak and brats! We would definitely recommend this butcher. We look forward to trying more cuts of meat in the future.

Be aware that parking is tricky. There's a bus stop directly in front of the store and there's only one spot in their parking lat and it's only for vehicles needing wheelchair accessibly.
