I don't think I have worked with anyone that performs, communicates and cares as much as Hendrix. I used Hendrix for window cleaning, moss removal and gutter cleaning. Window Cleaning was great... I can actually see out of my windows now and they did a thorough job in both interior and exterior without any upsells. They also cleaned the other mirrors in my house as a courtesy. Moss removal... just wow, see pics attached. Gutter cleaning... this is where they went way above and beyond. Long story short, I had a leak in the elbow of one of my downspouts shortly after they finished their cleaning. Naturally, I was confused why this was the case right after the gutters were cleaned by Hendrix. It turns out that the gutters (which are brand new) were installed improperly without proper egress for some of the downspouts. They came back out and helped me diagnose these issues for all of my downspout and helped me think about how to communicate to my gutter company, even though it turned out that none of this was their fault. I will default to Hendrix Window Cleaning in the future for the services that they provide. Phenomenal service today from Hendrix! They did both the inside and out of all windows on all 3 floors of our home. The quality of the clean is truly spotless and streak-free, even though it was the first cleaning our windows have had in more than a year. In addition to the great communication and reasonable prices, Patrick pointed out concerns with some of our windows, and suggest which of these concern may still be covered under warranty. To have someone diligently inspect your window when cleaning is a huge value, and he noticed details that (despite my own Type-A-ness) I hadn't realized were issues that could be addressed. I had Hendrix out to clean windows and power wash walkways and a deck. Overall, they did a great job, were flexible with scheduling and I would hire them again. They were very detailed and left the windows spotless. The reason for the 4-stars vs 5, is due to the power washer spray being too strong and taking some surface material off of the concrete walkways. read more

Patrick came out and gave me a very reasonable quote... actually, a much better price than some others I called. I got the job scheduled asap.
