I would highly recommend them. I contacted many others but none returned my phone calls. You have all seen those signs along the road advertising roof and gutter cleaning. If you noticed all the reviews here are old; there is a reason for that. The founder and owner of the company (Robert Osche) retired in early 2023. My wife and I used his company for over ten years. The work was impeccable and the cost was very reasonable. In the early days, Robert came to our home himself but later hired a tremendous crew of capable, polite and hard-working guys. It was an honor to be a long-time customer. That all changed a year ago when Robert sold the business. Since then, my wife and my window cleaning bill has gone up from $220/cleaning to $400, then again to $619. It almost tripled in a year. I emailed the owner and he made a lot of excuses about why the rates had gone up but none justified a nearly 300% increase. What's even worse, the quality of the work has gone down, significantly. His crew has left items behind, things that were moved to clean the windows were not returned to their proper places and, most importantly, the windows were not as clean. Another sad story of a local business going south the moment the founder/owner retires and a new owner tries to ride his coattails. read more

Recently I had this company come over and clean the gutters and moss treatment. I have them do this request for the past couple of years. There was two employees, one cleaning the gutters and the other was using a blower to clean off the debris on the roof. Approximately two weeks later we had noticed that the one side of the house gutters were over flowing with water. We then hired a handyman to see what the problem might be. The handyman reported that there was a large amount of muck. The near by downspout had a blockage at the top. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of attention to detail and double checking the entire job to make sure it was done right. read more

First time getting all windows professionally cleaned at my home in Gig Harbor. Everyone showed up on time and worked tirelessly to clean all windows to perfection inside and out. The pricing was a bargain based on the quality of work performed and number of windows addressed. I'm not getting up on the ladder, nothing good would come from that. We have used Pinnacle for our yearly roof & gutters cleaning as well as pressure washing for a couple of years now. This week I had them do a whole house wash/pressure wash the deck & railings & clean windows inside & out. Wow! I am amazed at how beautiful and brand new everything looks!
