Chip was very prompt and efficient in coming to my house and reviewing the job. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a price that was agreed to immediately . He was planning on starting the work the next week and estimated that the entire project would be about 2 days. When the time came for him to start no one showed up. I called and left a message saying that I assumed that he had some scheduling issues and I was not in a hurry and to just bring me up to date on his proposed schedule to start. No response. I texted his telephone and wrote him an email. No response and have not heard one word from him since. I originally thought that Chip had experienced some,personal or health issues but have since found that not to be the case and I have no idea why this situation took place. At any time he could have just gotten in touch and tell me when he would be able to do the work and it would have been fine for me. But, nothing, not one word of communication. Whatever happened I wish him well and he is not the only electrician in Camden County.

Around 5-6 months later we started getting dunning letters. We called back and received no answer. We called again, explained the situation and were told they would get back to us on it.. We didn't hear from them, so called again to schedule 2 more projects. Then we received another dunning message. I called and said we would pay even though they had said no charge. I again received no return call. Finally I got an office gal on the phone who was a bit snippy and lectured me that the office decides what to charge, not service people. She should have just shut up and taken the money. So, they didn't support their field people, reneged on a promise, usually didn't return calls and were snippy to a customer. I canceled the projects, sent the money and now I am done with them.
