No appointment, called in for walk in acceptable in opening hour. They were nice enough to let me come in. I stayed at W hotel so just walked to the store it took less than 5min walk. I took off my extensions and put on gel manicure. The lady really took her time to do my nails and I really liked it. She only spoke Spanish and little English but I had no problem at all. Thank you and I'll prolly visit again when Im visiting back in Miami. read more

So I stopped by here randomly as I am about to go on a cruise today. I wanted curls done on my extensions , a specific style, and Valeria did a phenomenal job! She is so amazing and absolutely NAILED the look that I wanted!!! I am obsessed with how cute I look! This salon was also super cute and really clean and the staff was all so pleasant and kind. Came here on a whim in need of a nice pedicure in the Miami area. Hennah was one of the few places that was able to take walk-in/late notice. It was a great pedicure at a reasonable cost in the area. I especially liked that there was a dog present who greeted everyone as they came in. read more

I yawn Hannah's reviews and I called to see availability for a pedicure. They got me in the next day. The walk down Collins Ave was a hot one but the service, ambiance, and vibe when I got to Hannah was well worth it. Lisandra gave me the best pedicure. They greeted me with mimosas and bottled water. Lisandra used high quality products and the callous removal tool she used was amazing. read more

I have not been back to Miami since COVID hit, and unable to find a salon open near my condo for the past few days. I walked past this salon on my way for coffee and called the # to schedule a same day appointment (walk-in's are no longer possible). I needed an easy style and the owner, Hennah, was more than happy to accommodate. The salon is very clean; I was happy to see COVID measures in place and Hennah was so welcoming. Bonus - her salon carries the products I use (olaplex & Moroccan oil). Will be back to try a blow out next time I'm back in town. The true gem of the salon is her adorable welcome committee - her 2-year old sweet Frenchie. read more

I've been going to Hennah Salon for close to a year now to see Nicola. my hair was severely damaged from not giving it the proper care, having sew ins installed far too often ect. Nicola has brought my hair back to good health and im truly shocked how fast my hair has been recovering. I got a trim 6 months ago and took a photo before to keep watch on the grown and it has grown inches- literally insane. Being a mixed woman I've always assumed that's why my hair takes a bit longer to grow and I was completely wrong. With the right person to help you truly care for your hair anything is possible! Its shinly, healthy, getting a bit thicker and longer. This is the first time in my life I'm happy with my natural hair so much that I rarely have anything done to it these days! Pull my name on social media and you'll see i stand by my words :) As for Hennah Salon in general it is a gorgeous salon, the service is always amazing (they even give you expresso with the really good cookies they give you on planes LOL if you know.. you know!) and I highly recommend them! I came to Miami for a quick 3 day trip but didn't have time for a mani/pedi prior to arriving, and my nails were a mess and needed serious attention. I was staying nearby so decided to try my luck for an appt at Hennah's even though it was late in the day. The lovely gentlemen at the front desk (I didn't catch their names) were so friendly and while they couldn't accommodate me before close, they were able to schedule me in the first slot for the next morning. I ended up getting a gel mani and regular pedicure, and the experience was great! Everyone was so friendly, they offer you drinks throughout your services (water, tea, Prosecco...) and they're meticulous about taking their time to do good work. Very happy with how it turned out and felt much more confident walking around town / the beach after I left! I didn't get my hair done but another woman was having her hair done while I was there and it looked fabulous, and her stylist (who I think was the owner?) seemed very skilled. It was an added bonus to have a cute pup walking around the salon :) Would return here again! read more

Reserved a 10:00AM for two pedicures, I was seated and started at 10:00 while my partner was finally seated and started at 10:40. Apparently the second technician was late, but I saw that she never showed up. It's okay. They were able to get both of us in and finished within an hour and a half- more time than a standard pedicure. The owner has a cute French bulldog shop dog, so extra star for Eros the dog. Also she offered us beverages which was kind. My pedicure turned out great as did my partner's even though I'm pretty sure his technician had not performed a pedicure since school. My impression is that they try to go above and beyond for clients. Had it not been for that employee no show, I would have easily given five stars. Would recommend nonetheless!! read more

Hennah International is the best place I have found in Miami Beach! Hennah, the owner, is so talented!! From the very first haircut, Hennah has expertly cut my hair. Today she also colored my hair and it finally looks so natural! I love it!! She also makes getting a haircut fun, great conversation, great environment, great music - even great wine to sip on!! The woman that did my nails was very sweet, unfortunately just not very well trained. - and I should have KNOWN to look for documents and training certifications. I dropped the ball. The other reviews were excellent. I am going to have a VERY sore toe from a cut during the pedicure. The manicure took much longer than it should because she kept taking it back off the redo it. She tried hard, but my daughter would be more accurate with lines. Yes, I tipped her. She's doing the best she can. The owner is a stylist and I watched her work. She is excellent! The salon is beautiful! Just needs to get some licensed techs in there! read more

Visiting from Boston and staying at the W South Beach, just a quick 1 minute walk from the hotel. One of the best experiences and loved meeting the owner Hennah and learning more about her story and expertise in the salon world. She was friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable about hair. I came in for a dip powder manicure with removal of my previous dip. At checkout, I was charged more than expected. I politely asked what the additional charge was for, and instead of explaining, both the manager and technician immediately became defensive. The manager immediately said he was only responsible for charging what the tech claims the service was. The technician claimed it was for "shaping" my nails, even though she had only lightly filed them in the same shape they already were. I was a bit taken aback by their reactions, but said I understood and was just asking them to explain. After reviewing their price list, I noticed the shaping fee was only listed under acrylic services, not dip powder. I went back to ask for clarification. The manager sighed, snatched the price list from my hand, said he was going to show me where it was and scanned almost the entire pamphlet and finally pointed at "shape" under the "acrylic" section and raised his voice to "say it doesn't MATTER" when I explained I did not get acrylic nails. The manager blamed the technician for the charge, while the technician blamed the business's pricing. Neither acknowledged that the fee wasn't listed for the service I received or that I had never been told there would be an additional charge. The situation escalated unnecessarily. I never refused to pay, demanded a refund, or accused anyone of wrongdoing--I only wanted an explanation. Instead, the technician insulted me, threw $5 at me, suggested I "needed medical help," and repeatedly implied I couldn't afford the service. She then told me "EVERYONE pays additional for shaping, why should you not?" Instead of acknowledging her role in this and suggesting I was at fault. I wish I had just left, but I was so taken aback and processing that I could not think straight. She turned to the manager and said "give her a refund since she's clearly here to just take my money. I don't want her money, I don't need it like she clearly does." After refusing to acknowledge me, the manager then told me that if I wanted a refund, the technician would first have to remove my manicure because "this is America, nothing is free." The entire exchange happened in front of a salon full of customers and was humiliating. My anxiety was on high, fully questioning myself and what I did wrong to elicit such a vitriolic confrontation over a question. I turned to look at the ROW of people staring at us from their pedicure chairs and quietly asked if I had been unreasonable and thankfully the two ladies closest to me immediately said "no." As silly as it sounds, I needed this confirmation because I still cannot make sense of what happened and why they acted the way they did. Mistakes and miscommunications happen, but treating a respectful customer this way is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

They offered a variety of wine. So when I declined, they hooked me up with a cappuccino and pastries. Perfect place to duck into for pampering right next to the beach or the shopping. I regularly get dip manicures and I usually can go 6 weeks or so in between and my nails still look pretty great. However not even a week or so later and my polish has started chipping and flaking off. For $80 plus tip I'd expect my nails to look good for at least a month! Also my technician was pretty aggressive and almost all of my nail beds/cuticles were actively bleeding and scabbed over! I don't live in Miami but plan frequent trips but will make note to not return if I need another manicure while visiting.
