I have been coming to Rossano Ferretti for the last 5 years. The salon is extremely clean and hygienic and the staff working there is SO talented and friendly. The stylist I see is Rita. She does m, highlights and Haircut (I am blonde). She is incredibly talented and skilled- a total artist, and also an extremely kind person. I've never trusted someone with my hair the way I trust Rita. I've only ever been extremely satisfied with her work over the past five years, and I do my hair at least once ever 2 months. I had originally been going to another salon, but a stylist there turned my hair literally orange when I was trying to transition from brown hair to blonde hair. It was horrifying. Rita expertly salvaged the situation in one appointment. Not only was my hair no longer orange but it was beautifully, naturally blonde looking. Since then, I don't let anyone else touch my hair. I've changed my style a couple times over the years and her standard persists. I can't stress enough how talented And skilled this woman is. She is a magician. Before I started going to Rossano Ferretti, I used to cry every time I used to get a haircut. I was never satisfied with the haircuts, and I felt like the hairdressers never listened to my requests. But this all changed after I started going to Rossano Ferretti. My stylist's name is Steven and he is just AMAZING! He listens to what you want, and does exactly as you ask him. He is so creative and he knows what suits you better. Sometimes I even let him do something new, which was something unimaginable to me before. This is how much I trust him. He loves his job and he taught me that cutting hair is an art. Every time I leave the Salon I just feel great and confident, and the best thing that he has is that he cuts your hair so when it grows it still looks amazing, its like the cut lasts even when your hair has grown, which is something I appreciate a lot. Was visiting Miami from NYC and desperately called the salon on the recommendation of a local begging them to make a last minute appointment for me. They somehow managed to fit me in and actually didn't make me feel like they were simply just going to rush through the job when I got there. I found the space bright, clean and sleek with a fresh vibe and positive energy from the folks that work there. The owner (Marco) took care of me and I managed to have an informative conversation about the condition of my hair and what I THOUGHT I needed vs what it turned out I actually needed. I felt very comfortable having him cut my hair (which is normally a BIG deal for me - and almost NEVER with someone I am meeting for the first time)! Steven has been my stylist for approaching two years now, and ever since I started trusting him with my hair, I have received nothing but compliments. I am one of those ladies who wanted to go from having dark hair to blond hair, and Steven approached the task responsibly and skillfully. Steven kept both the health and appearance of my hair in mind throughout the process, and I could not be happier with the result! This is the best salon ever. I've being around the world, the price is low, compared to high ends salon in big cities. They really know how to cut hair, i guess a experienced hairstylist cannot be cheap if they offer the best. They offer me free expresso and great head massage. No additional charge, not trying to sell me anything else, other then great hair cut and great atmosphere. Everyone is nice and professional. I guess people like to complain when they go over their budget. I can afford a 85 dollars hair cut. What can you expect for less!!! Great salon thank you ! I will go back! I had my hair colored with Katie Da Silva today at the beautiful Faena Rossano Ferretti salon. From the kind staff to the high-end products used to treat hair this salon has it all. Katie is a true master colorist, she blended my hair beautifully. She was able to take out all the brassiness from my hair and add a bayalage. As soon as I left the salon I received compliments left and right. She truly understands what you want and does it in a way that's not damaging to your hair. Yanika is my colorist, and all I can say is that she does an amazing job with my hair. I have to admit that I am very picky and I don't let any hairstylist touch my hair, but after seeing all my friends going to her and looking awesome I decided to give it a try. I totally love the way she works, and how meticulous she is when doing her job, and the end result is absolutely amazing! I totally recommend her for coloring, I got highlights and lowlights and my main concern was covering the grey hair as much as possible, and she did it in a way to make my grey hair not noticeable at all. I was on vacation visiting Miami from New York and needed a haircut really badly, the concierge at my hotel recommended Rossano Ferretti Salon. I called and made an appointment with Steve, a hair stylist that they recommended, for a mens haircut. Steve was amazing. It was one of the best haircuts i have ever had. He was extremely thorough and really took his time , unlike a lot of the new barber shops that get you in and out in 15 minutes . I've been going to Steven for almost if not a year. I had medium length black hair with a couple of highlights looking to go lighter. He's really transformed my hair since then and I'm forever grateful I found him and the salon on yelp. I would fully recommend going to him even if it's only for a haircut because he never disappoints. Steven takes great care of your hair and actually knows what it can and cannot withstand so it's never damaged. I have know Steven since 2006. He is the only one that understands my hair! I now live in Malaysia but have come back to Miami to sell my home.
