After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

They don't use the info you put into the request, so you have to tell them everything all over again. After that, just hope you're the tech's first call of the day. I ended up having to cancel and they haven't refunded me my money despite numerous requests and have further stopped responding to me. And the number I had been using for them no longer works. So I don't know if they've blocked me or what, I now have to figure out how to get me money back for a job they didn't perform.
