Always like that the tire air is free and easy to get to . The gas prices here are cheaper than across the bridge in our neighboring town. I like that they have made the credit and cash prices the same. Quick place to pick up some snacks and maybe a scratch off ticket. read more

This might be the worst customer service EVER! I don't hold gas station standards very high so it takes a lot to piss me off but this lady behind the counter was so disrespectful and straight up dumb. I must have gotten the same lady as the previous person's review! I couldn't agree more! It's not like I hold a gas station to a very high standard but good Lord, if I walk out feeling so disrespected and upset that I'm shaking, there is a serious problem. The short lady behind the counter with the braids in her hair needs a serious attitude adjustment or to be taken out of customer service. We just moved here and I wasn't sure if I had the right place to use the Stop and Shop rewards so I went in to ask her and she gives this look like I was clearly interrupting her day and tells me yes. So I proceed to tell her what I want to do and the whole transaction involved her rolling her eyes at me and telling me what to do on the credit card machine like she was talking to a child. Then, at one point, she tells me, "ok...you are getting 20 cents off a gallon but since you are using your card it's the same as 10 cents off a gallon." I said, "oh, so if I would have paid cash, I would have gotten the whole 20 cents? I wish they told you that WHEN YOU GET THE CARD." I put that part in capital letters cause I would like to reiterate that I said when you get the card. Not AT ALL implying that she should have told me that before the transaction (although, I'm not sure it would be so hard to do when you are in a customer service position to mention something like that.) Anyway, she snaps back at me and starts waving her finger out the window, "we have the signs out there on literally every pump if you were paying attention." At that point I was so ready to cancel the whole transaction and no longer give a crap about using my rewards just so I never gave that place my business again but let's be honest, I know that me not getting my gas there won't make a big difference in the scheme of things so instead I'm going to hope that if enough people complain about there obvious lack of customer service, they will clean house. Here's the icing on the cake, I am talking to my husband about it later that day when he gets home and he says, "yeah...they are pretty bad. I went in there the other day and the lady was extremely rude too." Really?!?! Probably 3/4 times I have been in there and witnessed the staff being rude and completely disrespectful and condescending to customers. Well today they did it it to me. They charged my card and then voided it to change shifts. Well then that holds funds on top of trying to charge again, which then causes a decline. This is true of every credit card and debit card out there. Being Thursday. A day before my payment in FULL goes into my card, I have limited funds. To have that women talk to me like I'm a piece of trash and make make rude and condescending comments to me when she and they themselves are unaware of how the systems work is simply appalling. As the "MOD" she should know better. I am in customer service and I KNOW exactly what happened so I do get it. But then I wanted a copy of every receipt with my card info on it for my records that as a consumer, I HAVE every right to ask for. She threatened to call the cops. GO AHEAD. I do this for a living and I know my rights and how it works. If I ever treated guest like that I would be walked off my job! Terrible customer service. I will never go back in there! read more
