    Insurance company arranged an appointment for somebody work...the appointment was actually set for…read morea different location. The management offered to take on my appointment if I had a moment to complete a small amount of paperwork. I declined on the basis that I had a rental car arranged for the other location. *I've since learned, Enterprise can easily adjust the pic up location* My vehicle ended up being serviced at this location anyways, as the alternate was not certified to work on my car & originally sent me home. The staff from Penn Randall Pl. offered to come scoop my car up from the sister property, so I could still snag my rental. The service staff sent me regular updates & even stayed late the night I came to pick up my vehicle, as I was rushing from my office in DC, but traffic was (no big surprise) slowing me down. There was water spilling from an exposed pipe, which caused my bumper to crack and need replacement. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. They handled everything through my insurance, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. What really stood out to me was how quickly they got the job done--everything was completed in just one week, even during the busy holiday season around Thanksgiving. That's honestly unheard of! The customer service was exceptional. They took the time to walk me through my car before any work was done and again after everything was completed, making sure I understood exactly what was repaired. That level of transparency and care made me feel confident and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs. Professional, efficient, and genuinely caring thank you. Thank you again!

    WARNING: Pay close attention to the negative reviews -- they're spot on!…read more I should've trusted my gut and walked out the moment I stepped into the front office. It was dirty, disorganized, and had a hole in the door covered with plastic -- a clear sign of how they run the rest of the business. Still, I gave them a chance based on a few good reviews, the promise of a loaner car, and the shop's convenient location. At first, things seemed okay. I filled out paperwork, got a shuttle ride home, and was told my car was in good hands. But that's where the good experience ended. After three days, I picked up my car -- only to have it break down again the same day. On top of that, the interior was left dirty, and I had to ask them to clean up after themselves. I had to tow the car back, and they kept it for another week with almost no communication. I had to chase down updates by calling constantly or showing up in person. They advertise loaner cars, but told me none were available. I asked several times to speak with a manager -- no one ever followed up. This was hands-down one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. I regret spending my money here, and if my car breaks down again, the only reason I'd return is to try to recover what I paid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Meanwhile, I have never spoke to John & he is not the mechanic working on my car. He called me a "transgender b**ch" AS I WAS LEAVING out the blue! (AS OF 8/30) After 2 months and 15 days, they declared it totaled (AS OF 8/21) Kalief said that unless I delete the images, the shop is unwilling to provide another loaner, in retaliation of me telling the truth. To no one's surprise, we have another delay & even more excuses.(AS OF 8/14) "ITS ONLY A LOCK, JUST KEEP YOUR VALUABLES OUT" JAY from the front desk said, after I called in panic because the "loaner" given to me an hour ago from this place DID NOT LOCK, HAS A LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT, FRONT PASSENGER BOOT, AIR BAG LIGHT AND IS THE FILTHIEST THING I EVER SEEN INSIDE AND OUT (please see photos that i took an hour after i got it). I should have known because the shop itself is filthy, had water issues & even a bucket collecting water from the ceiling. A mess all around. KELIEF has no sort of organization or communication protocol. I wanted to continue to share another update on my ongoing experience with KELIEF, the owner (who loves to go back and forth instead of work) & JAY from the front desk. Please see my other review in detail about my HORRIFIC ongoing experience since 6/15. After another delay (who is surprised?) KELIEF said on 8/6 that he would offer me a loaner vehicle for free given the extreme delay & lack of communication for the past 2 months. He said he would give me a call with an update on 8/12, expecting my vehicle to be ready by 8/16. He did not call that day (who is surprised?) However he did call the next day 8/13, said I need another part another delay (who is surprised?), pushing out my pickup date to 8/21. He said I can come the next day to get a loaner. I came promptly on 8/14 and was given that piece of crap that does not even lock and is infested with hair & dirt pictured. I asked for another vehicle but he said he will not have one until MONDAY 8/18 so I will have to drive around the DC area in a lock-less dirt bag for over 3 days....while still waiting for some part that he is probably lying about and (as of now) get my car next week 8/21 (he says) which will make over 2 months since I dropped off the car (but we all know this date will likely get extended again) Im beyond tired. This business deserves to be reported and I will do any effort in my power to ensure no one ever gets taken advantage of like I have. Please please please never ever support this shop or KELIEF. (AS OF 8/5) I've cried so many times because of the negligence of this shop. Please never take you care here if you value your time & money. I called MAB to have my car towed on Jun 15 & no tow truck ever came after waiting for 2 hours. Meaning, from the VERY BEGINNING my experience with this shop was poor. I spent money out of my pocket to tow my car there. They literally only had one person on staff. My insurance adjuster came within a week. They got cleared to work shortly after & started to order parts. At first it was two weeks. I would call after two weeks. Then they would say another two weeks. Id call then & now another week. The manager KELIEF promised me multiple times that HE WOULD CALL ME for updates every 3 days & i have never received a call to this day. I have to chase him & his staff multiple times a week for 8 weeks now. KELIEF begged me not to write my honest review but this experience has been a nightmare that still has not ended. KELIEF still has not reached out or fulfilled any promises in communication or been helpful at all. I have lost SO MUCH MONEY & TIME. I am beyond regretful that I ever called this business. It has been the worst decision I made in a long time. Please pay attention to the negative reviews because they are spot on. I will update this when & if i get my car back! Hopefully we don't go into month THREE at this point . Shame on you Marlboro Auto Body.
