Having a small business isn't all fun when you have to look at the "grown up" things that you have to do behind the scenes. I needed a new business insurance policy ASAP. I was referred to Henry by a friend, Henry reached out to me today to get more information about my business so he can get my policy rolling. I didn't have to spend an hour meeting with him nor did I need to make the drive to his office. Everything was done via phone and e-mails. I received a really good rate for the liability insurance for the business. Henry also looked at my auto policy and told me that I'm getting a really good rate from the other guys so there's no need to switch. In the past, other agents would have told me to lower my coverage to save on my premium just so they can lure me over. I appreciate Henry's honesty. Overall, my experience with Henry was very pleasant and smooth. He is very professional and all his responses are very prompt. This has been my worst experience with any insurance location. I delt with alot of bad customer care before leaving. To begin with shelly Scott not willing to work with me when I had issues with my payments and then ending up telling me "I do not need to be here to explain anything to you" when wanting to understand why I was being over charged. But any good customer care begins at the top and let me tell you that henry cong wasn't helpful or respectfully at all with multiple times trying to speak over me to try and shut me up and then just hanging up on me. I was about to leave state farm till one of the 1800 customer reps told me sorry for my experience and told me that I can switch offices. If you want good insurance with good customer service that will be willing to work with you this is not the place. Stay away. read more

Henry took the time to review our current auto and home insurance policy. He recommended better coverage at even a better rate than what we have. It was a no brainer to move our insurance policies to State Farm; all got bundled with awesome discounts. Henry also suggested that we purchase life insurance since we now have a child. The thought never crossed our mind to purchase such coverage. He gave us a great deal and we bought into it. You never know what could happen these days with you or your spouse or both. We were glad that he was able to recognize the whole scope of our needs instead of just trying to 'sell everything'. The rest of his staff was very courteous and professional also. I switched over to Henry Cong from another State Farm branch last year. It is quite amazing the service Henry provides. He is very responsive and takes care of the matter within one business day. He also gives you good advice and helps you save money, which most insurance companies don't tend to do since it isn't beneficial for their profits.
