They caused so much stress and made my situation worse.

The two times I have visited it was not busy, everyone was masked and they brought me / us into the exam room right away. All the staff was very friendly and I was impressed with Dr Kahrs who took her time listening, running diagnostics, x Ray images and then diagnosis (broken ankle) with recommendations. Our prescriptions were promptly sent over to the pharmacy and notes were given for follow up care. Overall I felt just as comfortable as if I visiting my family doctor after hours, rather than the stress of an ER and have recommended them to multiple friends during flu season.

I went in with what was previously diagnosed as a UTI but was correctly diagnosed as interstitial cystitis for which I received a specialist referral which resulted in solving a very long term problem. I felt very comfortable with her. It's a quick and easy experience. I would have loved to give them 5 stars because I am true believer in this company but the girl behind the front desk did not give me a great first impression. When I walk into a company I want to be greeted in a way where I feel they are happy to see me. I mean, that person is the face of the company at that point, and with Thermascan being kind of the "underdog" of breast exams, I think a more upbeat, "alive" greeting would have been great! I was already feeling a bit vulnerable, always a little nerve wrecking waiting on results and such. I can't be the only one, right?!:) Maybe I expect more since I myself work behind a desk of a company and I make sure every single person that walks in that door is going to want to come back.
