SELLERS DO NOT ALLOW HENRY HOME INSPECTIONS TO INSPECT YOUR HOME!! Do not allow this Home Inspector in your home..he lies about your home; creating false ststements about the condition of your home just to pander to the Buyer and Buyers Agent. This home inspector was dishonest about the condition of my home. He pimps himself to the Buyers agent by including false statements about the condition of your home that then enable the Buyer to request that you provide additional money to make the repairs. Look in his other reviews...i am the 3rd Seller he gave a very bad inspection to. He also continually speculates about what might or possibly could go wrong with something in your home in the future...contually states that the Buyer needs to contact a licensed Specialty Contractor to "repair or replace", when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the item; it's brand new.. He's building himself a big business with Buyers Agents at the expense of the Seller. Just a few of the examples of his falsely reported items in my home inspection were: He stated that my carpet had pee stains and pet dander on it when the Catpet was brand new..where the old carpet and pad had been torn out; the entire house deep cleaned by Professional Cleaners twice. There were no animals on that carpet, no pee or pee stains on that carpet . It was in perfect brand new condition. He stated that there was an animal infestation in the attic soley based on about 5 poops that were so old that they were white.. white and disintegrating; they dated back to 2018 when a raccoon got into the Attic twice ..we got riid of the hole and the coon never came back. Those were 5 ancient poops Then he stated that the heat doesn't come out of the vents correctly, further stating, "likely due to the Animal infestation ". When thete was no animal infestation. For his false statement that there was "pee stains and dander", on the brand new carpet he recommended, " contact a flooring Contractor for repair or replacement". For the live animal infestation he reported in my attics he stated, "Contact a Pest Contractor. He stated that my Garbage Disposal was stuck, further stating to see a Contractor for repair or replacement, when it was a brand new garbage disposal that had just been installed and ran perfectly. He stated that there was no ventillation System for the stove, further stating to contact a Ventillation Contractor to install a ventilation system for the stove (which was brand new). Then later stated that the ( brand new Microwave with built in Ventilation System for the stove needed repair or replacement. When everything was brand nes, was correctly installed and ran perfectly.., He stated that the skylights where water damaged from leaks in the ceiling, further stating to Contact a roofing Contractor for repair or replacement. There has never been even one leak; there has never been any moisture of any kind in any part of the ceiling from the Skylights or any thing else ..it's bone dry. He said the door between the laundry room and garage needed a jamb but it has a jamb and was in perfect condition..it needed a bit of caulking for cosmetic purposes but not for functionality..but of course he recommended a door Contractor for repair ir replacement. If every thing he stated in his report was true..none of it would have required a contractor to, "repair or replacement". It could have bern done by the homeowner or a goid handyman. And on and on ..one false statement after another ... i ended up having to pay the Buyer an Additional $10,000.00 because of the false, untrue statements Henry Home Inspection wrote. I'm going to contact the other two Sellers that were in contract with Buyers who cancelled their sales contracts after getting horrible inspection reports from Hebry Home inspections. If he lied as extensively on their home inspection reports as he did on mine im going to suggest that we three file a Superior Court Case against Henry Home Inspections for damages caused by Henry's Reports. read more

Mr Henry recently provided an inspection to a home we were interested in. During his attic inspection he missed the lack of vertical supports on one side of the roof. Had we known we wouldn't have purchased the home. Adding the structural supports resulted in a cost of $10K. The standard home inspection includes an assessment of structural elements of the building. Mr Henry has declined any responsibility. It is our opinion that you think very carefully who you chose to inspect your home or a home you might purchase. Make sure to ask your realtor who they recommend.
