Just left the same review on Google but definitely wanted to spread the word about Dr. Tseng. Let me first start out by saying that Dr. Tseng is awesome!! Imagine taking your 74 year old, very prideful father to his very first podiatrist appointment. My dad was nervous and anxious upon arriving to his appointment. Dr. Tseng IMMEDIATELY made my dad feel comfortable and extremely cared for. He also made my dad laugh throughout it all and that's not an easy task. Very happy with Dr Tseng. He is professional and friendly. Unfortunately his X-ray machine doesn't pick up stress fractures. When I wasn't getting better I had to have an MRI. Fractured heel was the result. No wonder the pain didn't get better. I do think he should have mentioned that a stress fracture was a possibility if the pain didn't improve. Otherwise, I do feel as if Dr Tseng is a knowledgeable podiatrist. read more

Dr.Tseng is still as sweet as the 1st time I went to his practice back in 2013. His office is much newer and better; which is well deserved by the treatment he gives. Doctor and their nurses are awesome and very professional. I'd have given them five stars if it wasn't for their rude and unprofessional front desk lady/office manager. She doesn't have any customer service skills at all and "Very Rude". Even their nurses have better customer service skill than her. I think this need to be brought to the owner's attention. I saw great reviews about Dr. Tseng and wanted to give him a try (I did not see him). However, the poor service from the front staff mentioned in other reviews unfortunately proved to be true. The receptionist (she sounded Asian) was very short with her responses and not very empathetic. She did not even ask me why I wanted to make the appointment! When I called back to cancel the appointment, she just said "yea, its been cancelled" and just hung up. I was thinking that sending a positive note to a leaving customer or getting the reason why I was cancelling would be beneficial for the practice? It was a shame that the first contact with the practice is so deterring. read more

Last month I had a bad ingrown toenail (bad!) I could not walk around without limping and couldn't get much done, much less enjoy life due to the overwhelming throbbing pain that came with it. I took matters into my own hands and tried cutting the nail myself on multiple occasions (which I thought I had done, but apparently didn't). My big toe had become so swollen that I could not see the side of my nail at all, so I realized it was time to get help. I don't have the best insurance so when I tried seeing a foot doctor, I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment despite the urgent matter. So I called around for podiatrists in the area and was willing to pay cash. I came across many facilities which would take care of me in the next 5 days for $400. I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to wait that long, so I kept searching and came across Doctor Tseng's office on yelp. When I called, I told the receptionist lady of my concerns, and she asked me if I had a lot of pain. I said most definitely, she then said "okay lets get you in today". I set up an appointment and asked about the price. She told me the pricing for the procedure (which was much, much lower than the other places I called) and she also got me in that same day! Fast forward to my visit at Dr. Tseng's office.... It was a relaxing environment with a friendly vibe. I waited maybe 30-45 minutes and that did not bother me in the slightest. I was grateful they were able to squeeze me in same day. When Dr. Tseng arrived, he was super respectful. Like above and beyond respectful and showed genuine concern for my well-being and health. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and made me feel welcomed. The procedure of removing the ingrown toenail isn't the most fun but he made sure I did not feel anything after injecting the lidocaine. I've had this procedure done twice before and this was by far the most comfortable I have been. The entire procedure lasted maybe 10 minutes or so and literally the next morning I was able to walk pain free. If I ever have a friend or loved with any foot issues I will definitely be sending them here. After all, he treated me like family. Thank you to you and your staff, doctor. read more

So I ended up getting really hurt from a yelp elite event. I won't say which one because it was totally my fault but I was in totally in denial of how hurt i really was. I went to a regular doctor because of that HMO life. The regular doctor sent me to have some xrays done to make sure that nothing was broken but HIGHLY suggest that I see a specialist. Heard good things about Dr. Tseng and patiently waited for the notice of approval to see him. As soon as it arrived, I tried to book him immediately to see him. I came in a little early in the morning to fill out paper work because I am a new patient. While waiting to see him, the assistants took me in to ask about my information and she was really nice and took me over to the room that Dr. Tseng was going to see me in. When I finally met Dr. Tseng he was really nice and explained that I gave myself a double sprain. He gave me a couple of options that would best heal my foot and what would work best for my lifestyle. Before being wrapped up, I had to do acupuncture and some laser treatment. The same assistant was really great in helping me from one place to the other and making sure I was comfortable. She gave me some boot choices so that I could be happy wearing it for the next 3-4 weeks. After the acupuncture and the laser treatment, I went back to Dr. Tseng's office to have him wrap up my foot and gave me suggestions and tips as to how to take it easy and to rest. I really appreciate everyone at the office helping me not freaking out when I would cry. I know I'm a 28 year old adult but the pain from 1-10 was 10x10. I really hope I don't have to come back for other foot injuries but if I do, I will be coming back to Dr. Tseng. read more

Every time I brought my mom in, the doctor was always late. We always had to wait a long time to see him. Last time the front office reception told me not to make my appointment so early. That was so unprofessional. If the doctor can't see his patients at the set time, then don't schedule them in! The last straw was the last appointment where we had to wait over an hour and half for him to come in. We have been trying another podiatrist office and it's much more normal. read more

Awesome location. Extremely convenient. The doc is thorough with his examination and he took the time to explain the treatment. Anyone complaining about the wait time needs to relax a bit. This is a surgeon. People come to this doc because they likely have a lot of issues. From seeing some of the various pics that people have posted on Yelp, it's obvious that this doc is skilled enough that people would trust him with their feet. You're not going to mind waiting because by the time you do see the doc, you're going to appreciate that he takes the time to sit in front of you. Then you'll understand why you're waiting. Pick up a magazine or play with your phone for a few minutes, I'm sure the doc will see you shortly. read more

I'm giving them a one star only because the receptionist at the front desk is very rude. She never lets me finish my questions. She always cuts me off and it's impossible to reach her. My personal opinion is that she needs to be trained on customer service. She's the first person you see when you walk into the office the first person you speak to I think she should carry herself more professionally. She does not greet you she does not make the environment feel welcoming. Bad for doctor Henry his receptionist made me not want to return to his practice ever again. I also felt like she was somewhat racist. I'm Latino and I noticed that when Asian patients walk in she has a whole different vibe with them. Made an appointment online from the office website for my 1st visit with Dr. Tseng and received email confirmation. When I arrived at the office, the staff told me that I was not on their schedule! I showed them the appointment confirmation from my email, and they replied that they did not honor the online appointment system! What a joke! They said they were fully booked and could not accommodate my new patient visit. Most offices would try their best to assist the patient, especially if it is the office's fault. If the office does not honor or coordinate appointments made online, please remove that feature from your website instead of wasting your potential patient's time. read more

I was in pain for over a week with a splinter pain in my foot. Luckily I was able to be seen with Dr. Tseng during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My experience was wonderful! My pain was due to some fiberglass splinters, and Dr. Tseng was able to remove them the same appointment. Everyone from the Front Staff to Back Office was wonderful. I didn't even make it out to see Dr. Tseng. The barrier and deterrent was the Asian receptionist. Typical rude Asian lady that doesn't speak English too well. Called to make an appointment, told her I was in pain due to dropping a table on my foot the other day and the earlier the better. She tells me she has an opening today and asks if I have insurance. I said "Yes" to which she replied, the doctor can only see me tomorrow. What the heck? After confronting her about her practice, she said "OK you can come in at 12:30pm" but tells me to come early so she can check my insurance and hangs up on me. It's not fun dealing with this type of person when you're in pain. Look elsewhere and Dr. Tseng, if you're reading this do yourself a favor and hire a more professional staff. The doctor is amazing yes I agree however the receptionist is really rude has no customer service skills at all. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and didn't get seen till past 5:30pm it's absolutely absurd to make an appointment if they are just going to see you whenever they want. Dr Tseng gives excellent service. This is the place to come when you have an achy foot or have some foot issues. I came in here because I sprained my ankle several weeks ago and I figured it should heal after two weeks but the pain continued so I sought advice and I was recommended to see Dr Tseng. He has an array of services that he offers and /I got all the services done based on my injury. First I got a laser treatment to help better circulate the blood in the area where my injury occued then I got an ultra sound to check for abnormalities. Then I got a nerve test to make sure no damage occured on my feet area. Then Dr Tseng looked over my foot and determined my pronoses. He suggested the remedies then I made some imprints for Orthotics and he performed accupuncture on my foot. Dr Tseng spent a lot of time with me and made a very good impression on my well being. He did the best he could without Surgery for her to continue to play but unfortunately it wasn't enough. She had to withdrawal on Saturday and we returned to Vegas later that day. I just had an amazing first visit with Dr Tseng. I've been having pain in my foot for the last several weeks and I couldn't figure out the reason. I found Dr Tseng on yelp and I chose this office based on some of the reviews. The appointment was easy to make. I was able to get in on the day that I requested. The staff was nice and the check in process went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough Dr Tseng is with his evaluation and consultation. He got to the bottom of my problem and was very good at explaining what was happening and the things I can do to make things better. Everything that he said was spot on.
