Although, he was extremely busy attending to his prebooked customers that day, he still managed to make time to fit me inside his hectic schedule, and better yet, fixed my car in less than half an hour when I got there! Gabriel Moreira, the CEO/Owner/truck driver, visited my home on both a different day and time than scheduled and left a series of voicemails while I was at work. When I returned his call and explained I had made a scheduled time with my insurance company he said that he "wasn't my taxi service" and that I work on his schedule, not the other way around. I contacted my insurance agency and they confirmed that he had received the date/time he was supposed to arrive. He then called me again the morning of the pickup to reiterate that he had to drive all this way to pick up my car AGAIN and that it better be there. Well, sir, if you had payed attention the first time we wouldn't be in this predicament. He also assumed that the insurance had my title and that I was not supposed to be driving the car, which is untrue and I was giving up my car willingly in order to expedite the process.
