On a weekday morning my wait was about 35 minutes to get to the oil change position, then it's only 10-15 min for the actual oil change. They have 3 stalls but not everyone gets a basic oil service. I found the technicians very helpful and they do their best to keep things flowing. If you take your car to a dealer for an oil change it's usually a wait so it's not like other places are so much faster. My review would have been a 5 star but I did reduce 1 star due to the line. This is beyond their control as it is a popular business.

Instead of having to call a tow truck, the owner and a tech both came out to me and got me going good enough to drive to their shop. They then gave me a ride back and forth to my home, so I didn't have to wait there all day or call for an uber both ways since I lived close by.
