Calling a Honda dealership they thought it might be plugs (misfires in the cylinders) due to the warning lights my car indicated. Being from Jacksonville 70 miles to the north I was clueless who to take my car to in this area. I checked John's Yelp reviews, gave him a call and felt confident enough to take my car to his shop. He quickly scoped my car, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a very fair price, and had my car ready just a few hours later. I was able to rent a car in the meantime. Total charge $122!! Instead of having to call a tow truck, the owner and a tech both came out to me and got me going good enough to drive to their shop. They then gave me a ride back and forth to my home, so I didn't have to wait there all day or call for an uber both ways since I lived close by.
