Dude is super honest. Unfortunately I wasn't able to hire him to fix my vehicle, but I would highly recommend you at least check him out.

I Enjoy giving reviews and I take it seriously since I look up reviews to decide where to go. I…read morealso look to see if I can tell if any fake reviews are posted or done by businesses themselves. Well, I'm in the middle of driving from NY to Miami, FL. As soon as I crossed over into Florida from Georgia I hit heavy rain and soon after I felt a shake coming from the front left wheel area. It was on a Sunday. I sat at a rest area for quite a few hrs. I refused to pay for a Florida Turnpike Tow. I drove abt 20 min and then the shaking got real bad. I looked up where the closest Auto Repair Shops were. I seen many in a place called Palm Coast. The first place, told me they could get me in, but it would be later in the day and without looking couldn't tell me how long of a fix. He gave me another option of going to an Industrial address 15 Hargrove Lane where I could find multiple Auto Shops. I went to the first one I seen open was a spot that solely works on Mercedes and I'm guessing some other specific cars. But the young man there still got in my car and drove it for a minute and gave me his opinion on a possibility. Then both the young man and a very nice lady from the Mercedes shop both told me I should go around the building to UNIT 1 J called TONY's TOUCH AUTO that opens around 9am. When he pulled in at 8:45am I approached him. I gave him 15 min to get organized. He then put my Mazda CX-9 up on a lift and it didn't take him long to find the issue. A lug nut had come loose from the new tires I put on the day before and that loose lug nut broke off one of the bolts that hold the Lug Nuts. He then told me it could be 1 of 2 prices depending on if he would have to move any other parts out of the way. Well, 15 minutes later he told me it was good news, it's the cheaper price. But honestly the more expensive price would've been fine after being in a car for a 3 day trip instead of 21 hrs. But now even better news, it's 10:06 am , 1 hr after looking at the car and he just came out and said I'm all set. Wow!!!! Fast!!! I'm writing this review while a worker of his is taking my car for a test drive. My experience with this man, Tony and his business is 100 Stars if I could give it. If you're a man or woman or teenager, my gut tells me this guy is a place I would go to before anyone else. I asked him why he doesn't advertise , even this Yelp isn't set up, he says advertisements cost money the one time he tried and word of mouth is free. Well, I'm 1 person that will vouch for word of mouth, because anyone reading this, I would go there and let him be the first you see before trying anywhere else. Well worth it. I see he's working on motorcycles too for anyone interested. Have a good day, I sure will from this point on.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tony's Touch!!!!…read more I have been to Tony's Touch three times (3 different problems, 2 different vehicles!) and they fixed the problem quickly - actually a little earlier than promised each time. They gave me a full explanation of what was wrong, options for fixing it and just overall treated me as a valued customer all three times! I will be using them for service on my vehicles!

Travis and the crew at Amplified Off-Road are amazing at what they do…read more The shop is clean, organized, and honestly had a better selection of car audio than the big box stores I checked out. I was really impressed with the range of products and services they offer. I visited a few other audio shops, but I felt the most confident here. They gave me more options and the best price, which made the decision easy. I couldn't be happier with the Sony radio and DS18 system they installed. The dual 8" subs under the seat hit hard and sound incredibly clean. It completely outperforms the stock B&O system in my truck. The pro audio speakers they recommended are outstanding, and whatever processor they installed to integrate with the factory system made a huge difference--the clarity at high volume is excellent. This setup is perfect for my long drives. I also picked up a tonneau cover and running boards from them, which was super convenient. Highly recommend--thanks again for all the help!

They diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and did some other minor maintenance that I was not aware of. The price matched the estimate and my old truck with 140,000 miles runs like new. A good company to deal with who went beyond the expected to gaining customer satisfaction and this review.E

I was having some minor transmission issues with slow shifting and slipping when making tight turns…read moreso my mechanic, John at US Auto Works recommended that I take my truck to Jeff's. John had just finished doing a bunch of work on it, doing the rears and a few other things 24 hours before I got it to Jeff's. John and I stood under the truck and he pointed out all that he had done and why he was recommending a Transmission shop for the rest of the work. The underside of my truck was dry as a bone. Always has been. No leaks ever. Jeff called me later that day to say that my transmission was pretty close to shot and that he didn't want to do the service because he didn't think it was going to fix my problem. He didn't charge me a cent, which I thought was pretty cool of him. But when I got to the shop to pick up my truck, he had no recommendations on what I should do next and sort of implied that I should find a used replacement or just let this one die. That bothered me a little, so I immediately drove the truck back to John to let him know what had happened. On hearing the news he put the truck back on the lift and it was soaked! There was transmission fluid from bell housing to fuel tank! It was EVERYWHERE! My mechanic told me to take it to Ford have them do the service, which I did. Ford just called me to explain that the leak was caused by overfilling. They also explained that the last shop (Jeff's) should have put it on the computer and checked for codes before dropping the pan... The long and short is that the transmission service should have cost me about $140, but now that I took it to Jeff's it's going to cost nearly $500! I'll be the first to admit that NONE of this makes any sense. I can't imaging why my car would both get messed up AND have "nothing done" AND there would be no charge when it's clear he did something. I'm out $360 additional dollars to clean up a mess Jeff made for free. I don't recommend the place. Not at all.
