Abysmal customer service. Tested out the matcha flum, the flavor was wrong - I know because this is my go to and I've had one this exact off flavor before and it was horrible from start to end. I let them know the flavor was defective, they said I could not switch brands. Selected another flum product and they told me I could purchase it and refused to let me exchange it. None of this made sense, why say I can't switch brands and then not allow me to exchange within the brand. I would love a follow up from management. Ive had nothing but good to amazing experiences. Personally Ive known them to be polite, if not kind. Theyre able to answer my questions with confidence even if its something as simple as me asking for a recommendation cuz Im indecisive asf. They typically have a decent variety of vapes, especially with some of the more well known, enjoyed, and reliable brands and types. Its a couple, maybe barely over a few, dollars more spendy than some other vape stores nearby, but honestly I think its worth the convenience (personally) because I live close by, and the environment is clean, light, and more positive than other vape stores nearby that are a bit more gloomy, or just has someone who doesnt sound as positive. Theyre not over the top peppy, but they greet you like its a pleasure to see you rather than just another interruption or somethin. I think I had one faulty vape from them a few years ago, but not since. And they let me trade it in back then, although had me take a hit inside for a while afterwards to make sure it works before leaving (I dont do that anymore just to clarify) read more

I was in this morning to get a new piece, and I picked this out which WAS a solid blue apple shape. Got home and with the first hit the blue burned off and chemicals got in my lungs. Called to let them know they are selling these and to get a refund and they said that they had very little wiggle room for refunds as their boss was in the building today. I asked them "so your boss would be okay knowing this happened and still selling the product?" and the associate said "yes." So, I'm giving them two stars cause they do have a good selection of stuff. However, their return policy for vapes - specifically funky republic - is ridiculous. I hit the vape right there when I bought it and it was broken straight out of the box. I showed the employee who explained to me that the owners don't allow exchanges or refunds no matter what. I understand if I had come back later then they could argue I broke it but, obviously, this wasn't the case when I was still at the store. They sold me a faulty vape, I literally opened it right as I was walking out of the store and it was covered in vape juice and nasty and I turn around and walk back in to show the employee, who was very nice to me about it, but said she can't replace it or she'd be fired. They won't tale the vape back even if you open it right then and there and it's trashed. They sell faulty products and don't offer returns. Before moving back to Utah, this was my go to vape shop. I'm not sure why I have yet to write a review, but since frequenting a few new shops in the Salt Lake area (and subsequently writing reviews), I have come to realize I took Henry's for granted. And they deserve a good review for all they've helped do for me. To be fair, the selection of juice is not out of this world. It's decent, but there's nothing too special about their catalogue. However, the service here is bar none the best. The people who work here are incredibly laid back but also monumentally helpful and informative. I would come to them asking for recommendations juice wise and they would always be quick to come up with a slew of juices to try, walking me through the profile of each one. When my original mod bit the bullet, they showed me several options that were comparable, all with similar set ups and within the same price range as my old one. They helped me multiple times when setting it up, didn't balk at any of my seemingly "amateur" questions, and were most importantly patient. Another benefit is they are willing to up nicotine levels for you. Granted, at a cost, but an inexpensive one at that. I usually like to vape a 9mg, and most of their product was at a 3 and 6. The entire time I was here, I felt like there was a genuine interest in them wanting to help me and get me settled. It's something I see lacking from a lot of vape shops, even if their set ups are better, and there selection more expansive. Big props to Henry's for leaving me with such a positive experience. read more

I want to like this shop. I really, really do! The people are friendly and do their best to help. The liquids are good. But I've bought two ecigs here now, and both stopped working within three months or less. It's a pain to keep going in to figure this out, so I'm switching to online purchases. I think Henry's might want to consider stocking other products. read more

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO HERE This store sold me a broken Snow Wolf for 140$ and refused to allow me to return it even though I called within an hour letting them know. Not only does their online policy saw you only need a receipt and the original packaging (which I have), but its breaking the law selling someone a broken product and refusing a return. The owners hung up on me, avoided my respectful calls trying to resolve the issue, and the owner's wife even told me to "support another local business". Most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. As I write this review I'm already filling out court paperwork for a lawsuit. Here's to thinking twice about treating a valued customer badly. My advice: find another vape store because this one's about to get blacklisted. read more

I just went in for the 1st time today. I'm so glad there is finally a shop in Tualatin. They have a great selection of juices which are really reasonably priced. I didn't check out their vape supplies too much but it looked like a good selection. They were super friendly. This is definatly my new shop! read more

I don't know why people are giving this place good reviews. It is simply THE WORST. They charge way too much for the worst builds you'll ever see. Came back in to complain about a build, and the manager of the store kept telling me I was "bullshitting" him. He ripped my cotton out of my vape and kicked me out of the store. NOT FRIENDLY, NOT OKAY SERVICE. $5 per awful build. I don't like most of their juice anyway. DON'T GO HERE. I don't think I can emphasize enough how terrible of an experience it was. read more

They have screwed me over on the point system. I spent over $200 and I was supposed to have a $10 off reward. I wasn't told that you had to keep the receipt and or download an app to your smartphone. This shop in Tualatin is the only one my husband and I go to. They're the best. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I've never gone in and left without exactly what I need or want. They help you with even the smallest problems. They're knowledgeable and make you feel at home. I'll never go to another shop. This place is the way to go. read more
