My least favorite of the vape shops i've been to. They carry a TON of juices, but i found them to be of poorer quality than many other brands i have tried. The tasting bar is too small for the selection they have, and the pens for tasting are also of poorer quality than other places i went making it really difficult to really get a sense of what i was purchasing. Also of concern is their liquids for tasting have nicotine, but no labels of which flavors have the nicotine in them and at what level, so you have no idea what level youre at when trying unless you ask an employee who has to recall from memory. I think its important for newbies to be aware of how the nicotone affects the juice/throat hit but i think its more important that consumers know ahead of time what they are trying. I did settle on two flavors, as i like to have a variety. One i have yet to bust into, but the other, a peanut butter banana one that i was sooo excited to have found but was waaaay more intense when i put it in my emow at home than when i had it in the store- and not in a good way. It completely messed my palette up for a day and the resin really stuck in my tank even when i used a neutralizer/rinse and changed the coil (ive tried several brands/flavors and never had that issue). I literally disposed of the rest of the bottle because the thought of it now makes me physically ill. The prices arent readily listed out which i find awkward and they were out of one flavor i really had wanted/out of various nicotine levels in other flavors. While the sheer amount of options was impressive, and the service was pretty good, the options themselves werent high quality. I give this place an a-ok rating because of the service/space itself (they have a good selection of equipment too) but i will stick to other vape shops going forward. read more

I went to Henry's to buy a small length of 26ga Ni200 for a complicated build I was doing for a fellow Vaper.As I was waiting for Chris to check on the wire I was told by Mrs.H that we have a problem. I was told that I was hurting their business by my honest opinion on their customer service. Hurting their business was not my intention, but was to make them aware of the customer service issues they have.I had a warranty issue on a piece of Vape gear a board and needless to say I am still waiting for. I told Henry and his wife that I felt that I was kicked to the curb and his response was I will kick you out the door! This Is my last review of the business and I would hope that they may learn that you have to treat every customer with respect. I'm kicking myself for not knowing about Henry's sooner. Couldn't be happier with my experience there Friday evening. The staff was knowledgeable, their selection is far-and-away better than anywhere else I've been locally, their prices are very competitive, and they were really patient with my indecisiveness when choosing my first mechanical mod. I ended up walking out the door with a King mod, Oddy atomizer, 18650 battery, charger and a bottle of Liqua Cuban for less than I've seen it for from any of the US-based online retailers. I highly recommend Henry's, especially if you're looking to get into some of the more specialized hardware for vaping or trying to find a place with a solid selection of juices. And samples! I've been ripped off by places like Tony's smoke shop where they buy 50 e-cigs from China for 50 cents each and sell them 'On sale' to me for $100 and 3 weeks later when I come in they don't have any heating coils for replacement...but offer me another $100 e-cig they can make another $99.50 on... Henry's vape shop is across the street from them, carry all the better brands (with the exception of ProVari, which dropped in price from $400 to $126 online and is prolly the best one ever) and always have the liquids I come in there for. I've never had a bad experience here, you'll be in good hands, never feel pressured or ripped off later. This is my first and only stop for almost a year now. read more

*CHECK THE SEALS ON YOUR BOTTLES!!* On first glance of the interior it seems like a nice place. But a place is only as nice as the people who work there. Thus my 1 star. 9 out of 10 times I come here, the bottles they sell me have the seal broken. This tamper proof seal exists for a reason, but they break them repeatedly. I understand that occasionally a shop will open a bottle for a customer to sell, but when all five of the same exact juice on the front shelf is open, there is no excuse for that. You wouldn't buy a jug of milk that has been opened, so why would you buy something you *literally inhale* that has been opened? My boyfriend tried to return a bottle of ejuice that was sold to him with a broken seal not even five minutes after he purchased it. The clerk called him a liar, said no refunds, and walked away. What's the point of a receipt if you can't return a product? Vape shops should never sell bottles with broken seals. Yet he tries to pin the blame on my boyfriend. Deplorable. Numerous vape shops around the country have been caught opening bottles, pouring them half out into another bottle, then refilling them with flavorless VG to rip off the customer while extending their inventory. Just went in to buy some juice as I do a couple of times a week. There was one other person being helped in front of me by the one employee. Waited 20 minutes, no acknowledgment from the staff member and still helping the people in front of me. They were buying a new device. I'm very new to the vaping world. It was introduced to me in Redmond, Washington by my bff two weeks ago, and I haven't smoked a cigarette since. What I thought was going to be a way to get a little healthier and smell a lot better has turned out to be a wonderful new hobby. Today I ventured in to Henry's, and found a wonderland! I was only there for a few minutes, wanting to find a fruity juice. After Chris helped me find two flavors I really enjoyed, I asked what he was vaping. I now have my favorite flavor. The owners are extremely friendly and will show you and talk to you in detail about anything that they offer in the store, and let you try any of their juices, 5 stars for customer service. The prices are a bit more than what you would pay for online but then again you have to factor in wait time and S&H, 4 star there. They have a basic selection of tanks, and RBA's as well as mods (mech. and vv/vw) all of which are either China originals or clones. Most the time I buy clones but I would like to see some high end rebuildables there in the future. They had never heard of the DNA 20 or 30 so probably won't see any kicks or kick 2's by Evolve in there either. They did have what looked like a good selection of e-juice, I bought some of the Oregon Vapors Peachy Keen and Root beer Float, they were good but not great. 3.5 stars for selection. Would I recommend this place to someone who was trying to kick smoking? you bet! They have everything you need to get started and you'll be ready to throw those nasty cigarettes in the trash can. For the advanced vaper, you won't find a high end mech or atty but you can get the basic supplies for rebuilding. All in all I will be going back because as I said they are extremely friendly and I believe in supporting local business and perhaps I can convince them to stock some of the higher end merchandise. read more

I will never go to this place again! I visited this shop three days ago for the first time. When I got there, I realized they didn't have the juice that I was looking for... But they did however have juices that most shops around here don't carry. So I figured I would taste a few and maybe buy something new. I tasted two juices and was fine. Then on my third juice, I felt like I got punch in the throat! I said to the worker "this juice is REALLY strong. Why is that??" She replied with "oh yea... We ran out of testers on some of them. That one is 6mg." I was a little pissed that she didn't give me a warning about it being 6mg while I was dripping it, but I decided to stay and try a few more flavors. Well.. That was a huge mistake!!!! Two or three juices later and I'm coughing my lungs up, my eyes look like I'm cutting an onion, and I feel I'm gonna die! Haha. I look up at the employee who's holding the bottle and before I can say anything... she says "Ohhhh.... That one is a 12mg bottle..." So now.. Three days later.. My lungs still feel like dried up sponges with 50lb weights on them, my throat feels raw, and I can't even vape because it hurts so bad. This all could have been avoided by the employee simply giving me a warning that I was dripping 6 and 12mg juices. But... I got nothin. I'm extremely displeased by this place and I will never step foot inside of it again. ***If you do decide to go to this place.. PLEASE CHECK THE BOTTLES THAT YOU ARE TESTING!!!! Great selection of Juices, mods and ecigs. Just to name a few items they carry to give a general idea...... Halo e-juice, Evic Joytech, Nemesis mod, Pro Tanks , glass replacements etc... Great place to find what you need and "not need' for both the beginner and the experienced vape head . Owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. When I described what I was looking for in a juice the lady owner knew exactly what to offer for me to try, you can tell she knows her juice. Owner also mentioned they may start offering some classes in the future instructing those in need or wanting to learn...... how to build coils and other related topics. I only purchased Halo Tribeca Juice, and a few spare tanks but will most definitely return to Henrys E-cigs for my future vaping needs and "wants". read more

My two gripes however is that they charge 5 bucks for rebuilds even when you buy juice (most places do it for free and ask for a tip) and that they use 6mg nicotine for tasters...generally places do zero and being someone who wants to switch to zero soon I'd prefer to avoid inhaling nicotine read more

I just moved here from Hillsboro End of August. It is now October. I purchased a smok vapor complete unit. Suddenly the switch disengaged repeatedly, so I took it back. They looked up my receipt etc. Handed me a form and said send it back to the company. I went into the store again later explaining that this unit is faulty, recently purchased and sending it back is a problem for me, because I would end up smoking cigarettes waiting for a replacement. Chris, who works there (and remembered selling it to me) was there the second time I went back to plead my case. He took it apart, reviewed it, and confirmed that it had a faulty back. He said he would call the owner, and explain to him--not my fault, etc. I overheard him tell the owner on the phone, "hey, I don't know what's going on but this lady is here...blah-blah-blah." and he didn't ONCE mention that it was a faulty unit, so I assume that is why the owner still would not discount or replace another unit. Disgusted. I am a disabled Vet, on a monthly stipend. This is really upsetting to me that they sell faulty vapes, and it's been only 2 months. read more
