Last August I bought an M80 box mod along with a kanger tech atomizer for 120 dollars from this store. Two weeks pass and the battery is having issues. I take it into the store to see what was wrong and what I can do to fix it. One of the owners informs me of the warranty I have for my mod, which has to be sent to China. I ask if that is something I should do myself or if there is any way the store can do it, I can even pay for it. Owner number 1 says they can take care of it for me, and I appreciate the gesture and write down my contact info for them. Two months pass, I don't hear a word. I go into the store and ask owner number 2 if he knows anything about my box mod. He says 'oh yeah I think it's buried somewhere in the back' word for word. I ask him if it is fixed, he says no. So he finally gets my broken battery, I ask him if there is any way I can get some sort of compensation or at least a discount on something small since I was out 80 bucks, 2 months, and my way of quitting cigs. I sincerely despise the store and have informed the owners many times of my situation since with no sympathy. read more
