She is very meticulous with her work, clean, super friendly, and fast! She doesn't hurt me, already knows what kind of shape and color I like and is very respectful of my time, as I am a busy person. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten . They don't do any design and don't do French tip for toes it was highly suggested so much I just said I guess I'll just paint whole nail. I got the person you hate to get .. And they just keep noting designs are extra like yeah I know I can afford $10 for a French tip and whatever else . Note I always get a basic French tip . Guy was soo rough. He rushed rushed . Like it never relaxing the way he was moving me around . It never was comfortable. Like never . It legit gave me anxiety and I was coming to get some peace as my mother in law just passed and it was just trying to get some peace . I'm timid don't speak to much and normally just let shop do whatever . Not picky Drill was on high speed I asked him to turn down . He used to remove gel in my toes but then turned back up when he got to my second foot. Toe nails cut uneven . He filed my big toe on the top and made my skin peel, then sprayed what I think is water down alcohol which made it burn . When I tried to touch and look at he threw my foot on the water which made it hurt more . I still was trying be calm as I'm going out of the country so really don't have time to go anywhere else . He painted on coat of gel and it looked horrible he wiped off excess with his nail . He then proceeded to paint color and it was worst after two nails he said pick another color it don't look good and wiped off with towel I finally just asked him to stop . He legit didn't know how to paint nails . I wouldn't be surprised if he held no nail tech license of ones even needed for pedicures. He persisted and my friend just stepped in and said she said no. Just leave them alone. owner came over offered to paint multiple times and update me to get a manicure since it was my first time I should utilize the first time discount, but by now it was beyond fixAble . I regret not stopping sooner . I still had gel from my previous pedicure on both my big toes . Ju. What was suppose to be relaxing ended up being and uncomfortable $36 waste . Note there was another customer who came in and when she left they talked about her so bad to other customers. No customer service . And note I signed in as Tang so when speaking you should definitely be more cautious . I've never in my life left a bad review for a nail shop but this one STAY AWAY. !!!WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS!!! I've been coming to this place for close to a year now since I moved on this side of town. They've had their ups and downs, but this was the final straw. I went in for a full set, and not even two days after three of my nails lifted. Two then fell off, and the other was hanging on. I reached out and informed them of what happened. When I went back in to get them fixed they gave me the same nail tech. When I came in she seemed irritated that she had to fix her mistake. As she began she pulled out different tips than what she used last time. I politely pointed out that she didn't use those ones last time, she brushed it off and continued to use them. After she finished putting the acrylic on them they curved more than my other ones and she kept saying it was okay after I pointed it out. She attempts to try and file the large curve in them down, and after doing that for about 20 minutes she finally apologizes and says it was the wrong tips. So now I have to sit there for another 30 minutes for her take them off. At this point she is so frazzled that she is clipping my cuticles with the file causing me lots of pain. My nails were very rushed and it shows. At the end of my experience I still had to pay $21 for a polish change, which I think is outrageous considering the poop storm I just went through to get mediocre (at best) nails. read more

The lady was barely even touching my legs when she was "giving me a massage" it's barely been a week and a half since I got my toes done and they are already chipped and it looks like the nail polish wasn't even smooth before she put the "clear coat" on. Today I took my daughter to get a basic $22 pedicure, I waited for her as she was getting her feet done and the entire pedicure took about 25 min, as we checked out the lady handed me my receipt so I can pay and the $22 pedicure had now charged to $27 and when I questioned what the extra $5 dollar charge was the lady responded my daughter got something extra, I asked my daughter what she got extra and my daughter said "nothing" Than chargers me another $5 dollar tip for the workers gas money during COVID 19!! And I always tip when I get services done but to be handed and told what to give was really odd! So a basic $22 pedicure was now $32 and some change!!! i've been coming to this location for almost two years- Jenny is the only reason i've gone back. today i came for a full set- i'll post pictures below so you can see for yourself- besides the fact the shape is trash- as well as the length and application. i was charged 6$ for them to CUT MY CUTICLES and 7$ FOR THE SHAPE OF MY NAILS bringing the total to 58$ for this set of nails. not the mention he was weird as fuck, knowing my nails looked like trash and asking "do you like them" every five minutes and then telling me to tell them earlier to cut my LONG ASS GROWN OUT cuticles?! why wouldn't that me done with my $45 nails???? i've never been charged $13 more for the shape and A MANICURE IS WHAT SHE CALLED IT. i've let a lot of shitty customer service go at this location because jenny is amazing at nails, and y'all might not care but ya girl won't be coming bsck lmao read more

They don't greet customers or acknowledge them when they step in. The girl who did my wax was very pushy and was trying to force me to wax other parts I didn't ask for. Also, during my wax she asked me if I wanted to get my nails done too but I was not interested. Very pushy. They don't say thank you when you tip them in cash. Very money hungry. One of the girls & older man were watching me as I was digging for cash in my wallet for tip. Don't do that. Mind your own business and stop being pushy. Don't watch people dig for a tip. I got a pedicure and other nail service and no one offered me a small water bottle. I don't know what they mixed into their nail polish but they added something inside that diluted (watered down) the color. The color I chose wasn't as vibrant as the example.
