I got lucky because it was @ the end of the day & Phillip was finishing up with his client with no one else scheduled for the day! I was mesmerized watching her trim my nails. They have this cool grinding tool to get the top layer off so your nails are nice and pretty for polish. She offered me a paragon wax dip instead of sugar scrub because my skin was so dry. They use a timer to show you that you got every second of the massage time. I loved my experience! read more

It was my first time trying this place so I decided to just do a pedicure and I chose the organic pedicure with gel polish and it was SUCH a luxurious service. I was very very impressed by the attention to detail and quality of the spa itself. The pedicure chairs are newer. They even have a timer for the massage part to make sure you know you're getting your allotted time. I did not feel like it was a rushed service either. Definitely will be going back! I came back a second time for a full set of nails and was SO ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with the services I received! I was sat with David and I had a pretty complicated design request. If I could give this place a negative one star I would. I do not recommend this place at all. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness here is honestly disappointing, especially from both the owner and David. I've been coming to David for a while, and he consistently has an attitude for no reason. Despite me always making appointments ahead of time, he is rarely on schedule and is often running behind. Instead of taking accountability, he tends to blame his clients, which is frustrating and unfair. He also gets visibly annoyed if you don't already have a nail color picked out, making what should be a fun, relaxing experience feel uncomfortable. Throughout the entire appointment, his demeanor is rude and unwelcoming, and it's clear that customer service is not a priority. Unfortunately, this isn't just limited to him, the overall environment reflects the same attitude. The owner is also very rude, and it seems like everyone there lacks professionalism and basic courtesy. I do not recommend this place at all, Do not waste your time or money coming here. Came to get a pedicure, in fact i drove about 25 minutes to get here because i had been here with my daughter and it was fine. This time i went in and was left standing there to awkwardly wait for someone to say hi or acknowledge me. The vibe was so unfriendly. I just went to get a pedicure and the lady who helped did not us the uv light to dry my nail polish because I got regular nail polish instead of gel so an hour after my service my nail polish started to chip off. I do not recommend this place. read more

They tall about the customers. I heard the girls toes next to me smells like fish and shrimp. Hello!!! She's a paying customer. Then me, since I ASKED ONLY fir the $32 pedi, Lisa said I will be getting a $19.99 job. Those were her exact words. I thought ok, im going to tip her at least $15 so she sees im not cheap, I just wanted to hurt because I was in a rush to get somewhere else. When it came time to pay, my bill was 50$! I asked why if I didn't get a massage and I asked for the $32 pedi. They said 3% fee, um, I know my math and 3% for $32 is 99cents! Their answer was that Lisa put gel on me. Without my consent! Because that's not what I asked for. Lisa yelled from the back, in Vietnamese, "that bitch always gets gel!" I answered, as I said, I had my translator on. "This bitch has never even been here before" the entire staff looked at her. I still paid the$50, and told them my review was worth more to expose the truth and what I heard. I had a pedicure about 30 minutes ago, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the service. As shown in the photos, there are two different shades of color on my nails, the polish was not applied close enough to the cuticle--giving the appearance of already grown-out nails--and the clear coat was spread onto my skin. The technician seemed to be in a rush, and when I pointed out the visible bumps on my nails during the top coat application, she did switch bottles after inspecting the one she was using. It appeared that a manager came over to discuss the issue with her, but nothing was clearly explained to me. The only comment made by the manager was that my nails were "OK," which felt dismissive. It was also uncomfortable to raise concerns, as doing so led to employees speaking loudly, drawing unwanted attention from others in the salon. Despite tipping out of courtesy, I don't plan to return due to this experience. read more

Shortly after posting my initial 5 star review I came here a second time for a manicure/pedicure. The woman doing my nails was either careless or not well trained and took a huge chunk of my skin off my foot (over a prominent bone) with the callus grater. No apologies or discount. She blamed my skin saying "it's very thin". I've had countless amounts of pedicures in my life and this has only happened to me 1 other time ever (when the person wasn't paying attention to where they were using it). Almost 2 weeks later and it's still healing and painful when I put pressure. I had 2 hiking trips planned within these past 2 weeks and this has been very inconvenient. If I had known she was going to take a chunk of my skin with her I would have just waited. She then also was filing the gel off my nails and filed skin off my cuticle which then felt like a rug burn for a few days. 2 stars because the actual polish job was done nicely, but I will not return! I didn't mention on my first review but it was a different woman doing my manicure the first time and also cut me and made me bleed. I still initially gave 5 stars because mistakes happen. But this is now the 3rd time they've drawn blood since I've been there (and only 2 times). These people are vampires! read more

I have been getting my nails done for along time more than 16 years. During all the years of doing I have never had mold form on my real nails. Nor have I seen so much backstabbing or S**t talking about other people. Not to mention doing it in front of a customer. CK is good as far as shaping the nails and painting but he needs to wash his hands, clean his tools. I never had mold until I came to him. And the other girl and owner were talking s**t about him but Sam didn't do my nails better, she did a terrible job shaping them. They are my real nails. Also they put some wet stuff on not acryllic that was supposed to be better but the way she did it left the nail lumpy and misshaped. I am not a nail tech but I dont thing she needed to clop it on. She provably just needed to brush it on the same way you dip the brush and then put it in the powder. then brush it. plus i said i didn't want it thick and she did it anyways that way. I should love ly nails when I leave. Well today I went somewhere else and I love my nails. . its going to take at least 3 months for the mold to get off my nails. I had have to soak off the stuff every two or three times to make my nail get healthy. Clean your tools CK and Brush the stuff on Sam don't cop it on and make nails look thick. When you decide to get up and leave they want to be all "we ready for you sweetie" NO you should have been ready when the appointment time was. I have been coming here since it opened and I cannot express how far down hill the service has gotten I just got done paying nearly $60 for a pedicure. My feet were in the water for a total of maybe a minute before they started working this has never been the case and simply doesn't give the skin long enough to soften. Each toe was then scuffed by the orange foot pad and scraped across my cuticle on both big toes. This has never happened in the past and both toes are now in pain. The tech barely scraped my calluses off my heels. When the tech was doing the " massage" (if you can call it that) stopped multiple times for a half a minute or longer to YELL across the shop at other employees. Needless to say I am very disappointed. Lynda was my tech today and I hope Kevin the owner can correct this or I will not be bringing my business to pinky's. read more

I LOVE Pinky Nails and Spa! The salon is so cute and has a chill vibe to it. Everyone there is very nice. The main reason for this review is for the full set I got from Don on 5/20/2022. Don is amazing and really makes sure that his work is nothing less than perfect. I'm pretty indecisive when it comes to my nail color so I appreciated it when he swatched 5 different base colors for me. From now on, Don will be my go-to nail tech for full sets! :) I also want to mention Amy. She gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Went here last minute. I was surprised on a Sunday midday there were only 2 of us there in a span of 90 minutes no one else came in. I had a full set done. Only to noticed what seemed like an air bubble and then peeled off. I went in to have it fixed and they were appalled. They start talking in their language. Clearly all good things ...??? I do not recommend this business because there's no clear communication no one who works in this business. Besides, the Manager speaks English therefore, communication is lost in the mist of you getting your service done started with my daughter, taking a picture of what she wanted done to her nails, and realizing it cost more than she wanted to spend so she picked parts of the picture that she wanted like the pink polish and a flower, and the length I was told by the Manager, the length does not make a difference in the price which I know is not true. She also did not offer to compensate became very argumentative in the middle of me trying to figure out how we can resolve the unhappiness. She told me that she can see my eyes that I believed her daughter and not her . Me coming from a sales background I explained to her that I was just trying to resolve the issue and that she was in a business that worked for her Customer and she should be more understanding. I explained to her that I watched miscommunication the whole time I was there starting with my own toenails. I asked what I wanted. I was what I should get. Lady grumbled the whole time. She was doing my nails, making me feel very uncomfortable at the end, she was very unhappy with her Service for me because I did not get what she wanted. Was a nine or 10 year-old little girl sitting across from me. Her mother in between they asked for gel to be put on the little girl polish and they put regular another form of miscommunication without Manager being present. All communication is lost. you may not get what it is that you think you went in there for however the prices are very expensive as it states, the quality is not there the white polish I got my toes was very clumpy however, I did not complain. I just tried to be a problem solver for my daughter. The Manager became very argumentative. I told her that we would do a review since she didn't want to compensate for the lack of communication and she told me yeah you can do a review and I said back to her. I know that I don't need you to tell me what I already know. I just need you to tell me how to fix the problem that we were already having, which felt very confrontational. She went as far as telling me that do I think that they work for the customer and do I think that the customers always right and I said yes, and even if they aren't, you should be able to have a conversation to figure out how to make it right. read more
