    Gel beach nails

I have been coming here for months now and Gina really is so good! These might be my fav yet.

This was the design I was requesting
    A S.

It was my first time trying this place so I decided to just do a pedicure and I chose the organic pedicure with gel polish and it was SUCH a luxurious service. I was very very impressed by the attention to detail and quality of the spa itself. The pedicure chairs are newer. They even have a timer for the massage part to make sure you know you're getting your allotted time. I did not feel like it was a rushed service either. Definitely will be going back! I came back a second time for a full set of nails and was SO ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with the services I received! I was sat with David and I had a pretty complicated design request. But David executed my requested with so much skill and needless to say I am SO happy with my full set and I will definitely be a regular at this nail salon!

I've been going to this nail salon for a long time:) I always have such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walk in, the staff makes me feel welcome and taken care of. Thao is my go to for nails. Pam, Lenny and holly are my go to for pedicures. They are all incredibly talented and so sweet.Thao NEVER disappoints me in design and pays great attention to detail and makes sure my nails look absolutely perfect EVERYTIMELenny was super friendly and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Pam, Lenny and Holly do such a beautiful job on my pedicure! The salon is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is top-notch. I left feeling so happy with my nails. Highly recommend this place

Accommodating, spacious! 12 pedicure stations. That was the service that I came here for. Credit card has a 3% surcharge. They prefer cash and tips are cash only. Wendy was careful and detailed. I was mesmerized watching her trim my nails. They have this cool grinding tool to get the top layer off so your nails are nice and pretty for polish. She offered me a paragon wax dip instead of sugar scrub because my skin was so dry. They use a timer to show you that you got every second of the massage time. I loved my experience!

If I could do 0 stars I would. I will speak on my experience. First, I just went in for the basic 32$ pedi. I had my translator on and I was blown away at all the...s#×÷! They tall about the customers. I heard the girls toes next to me smells like fish and shrimp. Hello!!! She's a paying customer. Then me, since I ASKED ONLY fir the $32 pedi, Lisa said I will be getting a $19.99 job. Those were her exact words. I thought ok, im going to tip her at least $15 so she sees im not cheap, I just wanted to hurt because I was in a rush to get somewhere else. When it came time to pay, my bill was 50$! I asked why if I didn't get a massage and I asked for the $32 pedi. They said 3% fee, um, I know my math and 3% for $32 is 99cents! Their answer was that Lisa put gel on me. Without my consent! Because that's not what I asked for. Lisa yelled from the back, in Vietnamese, "that bitch always gets gel!" I answered, as I said, I had my translator on. "This bitch has never even been here before" the entire staff looked at her. I still paid the$50, and told them my review was worth more to expose the truth and what I heard. Heads up people.

I had a pedicure about 30 minutes ago, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the service. As shown in the photos, there are two different shades of color on my nails, the polish was not applied close enough to the cuticle--giving the appearance of already grown-out nails--and the clear coat was spread onto my skin. The technician seemed to be in a rush, and when I pointed out the visible bumps on my nails during the top coat application, she did switch bottles after inspecting the one she was using. It appeared that a manager came over to discuss the issue with her, but nothing was clearly explained to me. The only comment made by the manager was that my nails were "OK," which felt dismissive. It was also uncomfortable to raise concerns, as doing so led to employees speaking loudly, drawing unwanted attention from others in the salon. Despite tipping out of courtesy, I don't plan to return due to this experience.

First time here and im happy I found this place, friendly staff and rapid service. Katie did an amazing job with my fill and design!

One of my favorite sets. I love when I get to spend a couple of hours here for me time every few weeks. Great service and artistry.

I love comin here because they truly take their time. Busy but that's a good thing! They do incredible work! Communicate with your nail technician clearly what you need and be friendly and appreciative .

12 days later and still healing

Shortly after posting my initial 5 star review I came here a second time for a manicure/pedicure. The woman doing my nails was either careless or not well trained and took a huge chunk of my skin off my foot (over a prominent bone) with the callus grater. No apologies or discount. She blamed my skin saying "it's very thin". I've had countless amounts of pedicures in my life and this has only happened to me 1 other time ever (when the person wasn't paying attention to where they were using it). Almost 2 weeks later and it's still healing and painful when I put pressure. I had 2 hiking trips planned within these past 2 weeks and this has been very inconvenient. If I had known she was going to take a chunk of my skin with her I would have just waited. She then also was filing the gel off my nails and filed skin off my cuticle which then felt like a rug burn for a few days. 2 stars because the actual polish job was done nicely, but I will not return! I didn't mention on my first review but it was a different woman doing my manicure the first time and also cut me and made me bleed. I still initially gave 5 stars because mistakes happen. But this is now the 3rd time they've drawn blood since I've been there (and only 2 times). These people are vampires!

Hi Suleiman, This is…read moreme replying to your reply because it wouldn't let me. I understand that fills are standard practice in the nail industry when done correctly, but my concern was never simply being recommended fills, it was the condition of my nails and the quality of the application over time. If the fills had been properly applied and maintained, they should not have lifted so easily to the point where moisture and water could get trapped underneath. Multiple nail professionals have told me that lifting significantly increases the risk of fungal or bacterial growth. I also want to address the removal process. Removing nails by prying them off with another fake nail is damaging and not considered proper removal technique. A proper soak-off should always be done to protect the natural nail, even if it takes longer. My nails were left extremely thin and damaged afterward, which is not something that should happen with safe removal practices. While I understand fungal infections can come from different sources, the timing of the infection along with the lifting and damage I experienced makes it hard for me not to question the quality of the application and removal process I received at your salon. I shared my experience honestly so other clients can make informed decisions.

I came in for a mani/pedi and was seated right away, which I appreciated. However, the service felt very rushed. My manicure began immediately at the small table attached to the pedicure chair before I could get comfortable. I had to lean forward the entire time, which caused lower back discomfort from the massage chair rollers, and I couldn't enjoy the massage feature. I brought a book hoping to relax, but the setup didn't allow for that. I was also charged extra for having gel on previously, despite getting gel again. I chose the Sassy Gel pedicure but wasn't given a scent option and was told orange was the only one available. The hot stone and lotion massages were extremely brief, and the technician left mid-service to help another client. This was disappointing because my first visit was excellent, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I hope management can slow the pace slightly and focus on comfort and completing services fully so the experience feels more relaxing.
