I can not thank Lupe enough! I was gifted a haircut and style to an upscale salon, my hair was not cut correctly at all. Very uneven, after calling the salon and explaining I was told I was going to have the same stylist fix it, when I said I wasn't comfortable with that because my hair was already very short and uneven and I was scared, I was told someone else could cut my hair for a regular hair cut price. I decided to stop and see Lupe to see if she could help me. She graciously sat me in the chair and went to work. She did her very best with what she could and I left so much happier than when I arrived. Pictures don't do justice, but I love how my hair came out, Anna is a great stylist and took very good care of me. I would come to her for haircuts and then I thought I'd dye it. It was my first time getting it professionally dyed and I can say I'll be coming again! Made me feel like a different person and more confident! Anna is also a very attentive and kind stylist who cares about what I think, there was no rush and she gave me good advice on the types of hair styles so I know what to ask for the next time I come. Do not Waste your time coming to this place!! The app says they take walk-ins but they do not, and it's not updated. Another false advertisement is the special of $69, which is no longer available, as one of the workers or owner informed me it hasn't been available for 10 YEARS!!! The 2 ladies working there were very rude and no had no customer service skills whatsoever. Just one of those places were they looked at you annoyed that you want to give them work! In addition, place looks old and outdated! Glad I didn't waste anymore of my time on this horrible place. read more

Reviews say kid friendly however when I called they stated they do NOT do hair cuts on toddlers. I have a 2 year old and an almost 4&8 year old so we will need to find somewhere willing to accommodate younger children read more

This is such a small salon that i was so nervous to do anything but you can never judge a book by its cover. The salon felt so homey & Lupe was so friendly! I got my hair black since I had died it at home & i was tired of my hair being a bunch of different colors. She listened to what i wanted & even put in treatments in my hair so it wouldn't damage it so much more. I love my hair now & I can't wait for it to grow!!! After all the good reviews I read, and seeing all those pictures posted from customers and hair looked beautiful I decided to try it. I arrived to my hair appointment and sat down Lupe asked what I wanted. I have curly hair so I told her I wanted layers and blow dry. She proceeded to wet my hair and I thought, aren't you going to wash my hair? So I told her my hair is dirty, so she asked you want me to wash your hair? I have never been in a place where they don't wash your hair before cutting and styling. She did ask how long I wanted it and she proceeded to cut. At that time I saw another customer come in. I'm thinking how is she going to work on my hair if it usually takes more than 2 hours to do it. After the cut she asked if I wanted blow dry or use the flat iron. I said I wanted blow dry. She rushed through the whole process as she had other customers waiting for her, my hair looked puffy not silky she did everything within an hour. Got home even my daughter was surprised I was home early and saw my hair and said it looked bad. I had to wet my hair after a blow dry even though you're are not supposed to just to make it look better since I had plans that day. She might be good working with straight hair, but not curly. read more

So I've cut my hair here before and it was perfect! For the next haircut I was short on time so I went to a salon inside desert sky and they ruined my hair. I went back to Bella's and she was able to fix my hair without creating a whole different style. I'm not going anywhere else. The owner is also the only one who can cut my daughters sleek straight hair. I do recommend either calling to make an appointment or going in early because it gets very busy and I believe it's only the owner doing hair. She's worth the wait though! read more
