Check your bag before you pay and leave! I drove a 1/2 hour each way to this dispensary today I asked for 2 bags of gummies and explained in detail what I wanted. The sales person was nice but shorted me one bag of gummies. When I called to complain the dispensary blamed it on me because the sales people allegedly over the receipt with you before you leave. I asked 3 times about what I wanted and when I got home was shorted a bag and now I have to drive another 1 hour round trip to FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!! Beyond frustrated, it wasn't like this when the business was Strawberry Fields clearly they have new ownership and a new team of people that don't seem to give a care about the service. I even left a tip and wish that I wouldn't have. The people who own this business should pay their employees more so they don't have to beg for tips! Horrible service do not shop here! read more

Ok prices with their deals, but the receptionist said "preorders get priority and go first, walk ins come second so preordering saves you time." Text says order ready for pick up. Then proceeds to make me wait 30 mins while everyone in there "5 walk ins and 4 preorders" go before me. The guys after me who preordered just walked out. Make it make sense. Your wait time would be WAY less if you had a designated pick up "budtender" or really allowed the preorders to go first. Especially for the fact so many folks are there who preorder are also for a medical reason. read more

I love this dispensary! I would recommend them to everyone. The staff is super friendly and educated, I've only experienced one person who was definitely not trained properly but she was nice nonetheless! They have the brand Appalacian Farms pretty heavy in stock every week and thats my go to for flower so I really have no complaints when it comes to stock of products they have there hands in everything. read more

I got two screw on cartridges one being grape nerds and the other granddaddy purple both 1g ! as I said I want the grape one the dude behind the register said "great choice tastes just like grape" so when I got home I opened the grape one cause I was excited about it !! first time going to a dispensary a cool experience. then the first hit on the cart was extremely burnt like hurt my throat and you cany even taste a hint of grape anything ! so I called them up and they said "if it hits still it's not defective" in my opinion it's false advertising they told me "taste just like grape" then burns my throat makes me cough very bad and tastes like fire !! so I don't understand how the product isn't defective ! he said "the glass has to be broken to do anything about it" but hitting a straight coil isn't ? just feel like they could actually do better. Then I tried to unscrew the top to pour the "dab" into another cartridge and it won't open lmao so I just wasted money on it. read more

The only reason I am giving this business two stars because their prices are decent. First off I place an order online, which reserves the product that you want I get to the store and they don't have my complete order I said, what do you have something similar. I ordered sativa and I end up leaving the store with half a bag of hybrid. Sativa and hybrid or two totally different products. If I wanted to go to sleep, I would've ordered sativa. The main thought here is if you were going to offer a medical product and I ordered the medical product as soon as my need you totally let me walk out the door with the wrong thing. In addition, I was able to place an order online, drive 40 minutes and find out that they don't even have one. I ordered though they reserved it for me online. read more

This place is no longer Strawberry Fields. It is now Herbal Wellness Center, and if that name isn't clarification enough this place has been bought by people who do not care about you or their employees. This is evident by the increase in prices, while decrease in inventory. The staff I came to love have been gutted and many left on their own accord due to how they were being treated. One look at their new menu UI will scream "subpar" and when you see that they are already set up for a different "Recreational" menu you can see where they are getting at. When rec goes live in Ohio this will be one of the first dispensaries licensed to sell. They no longer care about providing adequate medicine to people in need, go somewhere else forever. read more

My only beef is with their pre-order /inventory problems. Whenever there is something on sale I pre-order and immediatly go there,and most times they do not have what I ordered a half hour earlier ,so either they bait you into the store hoping after they don't have what you came there for,you still buy something,rather than having wasted over an hour waiting in their lobby, or they just can't count very well,idk. Either way, verdant creations had me in and out in 15 minutes,and my time is more valuable than the couple bucks I'd have saved going to strawberry Fields. read more

Strawberry fields is my favorite dispensary in the Columbus area. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can always point me in the right direction - with products that coincide with the effects I desire. I've had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nic Taylor, who is incredibly passionate about helping people through the work he does. I also love that they have an option to make purchases through spendr, an app that connects to your bank account (because no one likes those pesky ATM fees).
