The owner's dog, a salt and pepper schnauzer, met me at the door, cute pup. It's owner, the owner of the place, Frank knew his stuff. I told him my experience with tinctures from Vapes and online, and suggested a brand and quantity that I should try. He also threw in for free CBD Schnauzer with melatonin for sleep. Their product are third party tested to insure quality, authenticity, and purity. There are no thc in their product, and you get the mgs that is advertised. I arrived at the designated pickup time yet I had to wait outside the store for 20 minutes. After waiting in the lobby for 10 more minutes I was let in to the dispensary but informed I did not have an order in the system. There was no way for the cashiers to lookup the previous order and explained that they do not keep orders over night. There is an option on the website for next day pickup so they have a huge error in their system. All of the prices on the items changed and the cashier rudely informed me there was nothing he could do. I left with nothing and will not be returning. Terrible customer service.

I've never seen this place crowded, which is good for us. As more dispensaries are coming online competition is increasing and prices are finally coming down. To me Buckeye Relief is one of the premier growers/cultivators in the Ohio program and with BR being their parent company, they have the inside track to keeping a good stock level, so this maybe my go to for BR flower. Their website seems easy to use and appears to be accurate. Their new patient check in and in store check in seems well organized. Their prices are fair and in line with others around the state, but their discount policy is one of the better ones. Will keep coming back.

And since things are up in the air nowadays, I figured I ought to get what I can while I can. Greenlight I think is a chain, a small one anyway. It's another one of those "high security" dispensaries. Less pleasant to visit, frankly, but, the people were nice, and the process of getting in was pretty easy. Very plain looking building inside and out. In the back they have product displays, and electronic menu boards, plus the staff can help you pick things. The usual selection; actually what seemed to me a better selection in a wider range of prices, but I am not an expert in this field. (I am old-school and everything is so fancy nowadays.) There were a variety of potency options, and flavors and types. I would definitely come back.
