I've always lived far from a location (SW side) and followed their Instagram for years. I didn't realize there was a location next to the Trader Joe's I go to! Jo welcomed me immediately and showed me around the store. She was very informative and showed me the best sellers along with her favorite products. I ended up buying the restore supplement, chill supplement, and the amazing greens. I've been using the products almost daily for a month and I see a big difference in my mental state and my body's energy. I'll definitely be stopping by every time I do my Trader Joe monthly run. I normally go to Sprouts for my herb needs because I live next to one. However the service doesn't compare to Herbally Grounded. I usually spend like an hour googling things in the herb aisle because nobody is there to help me. Jo was amazing and kind. I felt comfortable asking questions as a newbie. She also showed me the different classes held and gave me information to read up on. I'd rather support this local business than Sprouts for all my herbal needs. A great store for natural and herbal supplements! Found exactly what I needed and Yvette made it so easy. They are very helpful and great customer service! If you are looking for something specifically, I would suggest just asking the staff your questions, as they would make it easy for you to find what you are looking for. Prices are pretty much average what you would see at any natural health supplement store. I really like that they have the bulk jars in the back, with a pretty good selection. And for such a tiny store, they have so many supplements that I was surprised to see! My fiancé and I are healthy supplement junkies, so it was so fun to see what they have. There was this young lady by the name of Vernika. She went over, above and beyond the typical worker that I usually encounter at both stores when shopping. She amazed me! She held herself highly respectful, knowledgeable kind. She portrays herself of amazing leadership skills and so well with integrity that you would have assumed that she had to be the manager or even the owner of the store! Talk about leadership skills! She had SO much patience with all of my uncertain questions and lead and guided me to some great products to try and they did not disappoint! Although I was unsure of how to really explain what I wanted well enough; Some way and somehow, she mended together the pieces of information that I was trying to give her and nailed navigating me in the right direction every time! You would have assumed that she been there for years! The only reason that I knew that she was a new face was because I shop there so frequently so I knew that she was definitely new, but the way she carried herself and spoke; You would have never guessed that she was a new addition to the team. Hiring her was one of the best decisions and I hope that she will be selected to become a manager soon because literally, she is that AMAZING at what she does! Outside of ensuring that all of my questions were answered and that I selected everything that I needed she managed to still assist when her coworkers asked her questions and greet every single person who entered the store with such high welcoming vibrational energy! The ambiance is set as you're greeted as soon as you walk in. Don't let the size of the store fool you, they have an absolute array of every herb imaginable. They sell more than just herbs too! There's incense, sage, palo santo, vitamins, skin care, essential oils, snacks, drinks, and so much more. Every single time I come in, I learn something new and leave with much more than I anticipated (that's not a bad thing). Specifically Torie and Jo have been helping me the last few times. I mainly shop for the bulk herbs and they have the best prices and I've shopped around prior to doing a mass order. Highly recommend emailing them the list of herbs you want to purchase and they'll call you once ready. Prior to ordering, they allowed me to take photos of the herb list and prices so I could compare my options. I was curious about the place since I always see it when I make my way to Trader Joe's and decided to stop by. I was greeted with a warm welcome when I came in and staff was very friendly and helpful but one that really stuck with me was this sweet girl that helped me during my visit, I believe her name was Jackie or something along those lines but she was so bubbly and adorable!
