To the managers and supervisors of your receptionists and Kim Warner. This place shouldn't get any…read morestars. First the receptionist on the desk didn't let me speak to the supervisor when I asked because I wanted to file a complaint against Kim Warner MD. She just hung up after I explained why I wanted to file a complaint. The reason: My wife went in for her appointment to see Doc Kim Warner. We had previously went to the ER because she has a threatened miscarriage. The hospital informs my wife to see her primary doctor OBGYN. So she did. As my wife goes and sees the doc she tells Kim about her pain and that the baby is at risk. She gets an ultrasound and Kim tells my wife with attitude "I don't know why you came in, the baby is fine" and "I don't know why you're in pain, but we'll wait and see what happens to the baby". No blood tests were drawn or urine samples to check the babies condition and heart rate. My wife was in huge pain and Kim couldn't even help her with that. She was with Kim for 10 min til she was discharged from the clinic. As soon as my wife got home she bled a lot, more than before. All because Kim didn't do her job right, i might have lost my child. I have already reported her to LACare and tried to report it to her supervisor but the receptionist hung up after I said that: "if anything happens to my wife and future baby, I will sue her for medical malpractice". The receptionist also said the call was recorded before intentionally hanging up. If the supervisor/manager sees this I hope you take action before I do.

I am impressed with his patience and kindness,he took time and explained the procedures for both of my kids. He also took some extra time to talk to them,which made them feel comfortable and confident. I did tried getting second opinions in three other dental offices. Did not get a good vibe or a good costumer service. Didn't feel that it was kids friendly, they were more concern about how much I was going to pay more than my kids comfort. I made up my mind and had both of my kids procedures done here. I'm glad I did! Also love the fact that I did not have to wait. My appointment was at a certain time and that's the time I was attended.
