When my family and I were stymied by the HOA and Management Company (in fact, got the run around from them for many years regarding water intrusion from a building roof leaking into our family condo for years that caused a multitude of damage, loss of property, etc.), Dale jumped on the situation and took matters into his own hands. Upon taking the case, Dale got us a copy of the HOA/building CC&R's, within a few days. The matter of the CC&R's was an issue that the HOA and management company refused to give us, and refused to comply with the numerous verbal and written requests for them for years. Upon receiving the CC&Rs from Dale, I knew then, I/we had chosen the right attorney for the upcoming legal battle. Dale, was very diligent, made sure to get the necessary physical and forensic evidence he needed for the case, as well as being very thorough, and a tough negotiator on behalf of my family. Additionally, he was a great advisor as to the reality of the case, the potential outcome, the choices we faced with the case, the pros and cons of the case, and for example, going to trial vs. working towards a settlement, etc., and what each situation presented. Dale got the best settlement he could after hard fought negotiations, and after my family's far too long battle with a non-compliant, negligent, mean spirited HOA and management company who continuously violated the CC&R's, refused to be held accountable for what they were liable for, and more.
