I attempted to order before…read moreheading to the store but that didn't go through since I omitted hitting the various submit buttons so I completed the submission while in the curbside parking spot. I then realized I forgot my wallet to which the curbside drop off lady said she could not give me the package and literally just walked off without suggesting options. So my husband created an account and we reordered understanding my mistake. His order was declined within 5 mins and when we called, the women annoying said we can't order from the parking and when we asked why she said it was the law. We told her our original order was also placed in the parking lot and she said "No , it wasn't". How can she decide what happened when only I know where I was. I'll believe her about the law. She didn't say sorry for the inconvenience. We would have not made such a decision to order from the lot had she taken 10 seconds to explain our options. This is a business that thinks they are doing us a favor rather than someone who needs their customer's business. We asked if we can go to the next door parking lot and reorder and she said yes. We reordered 2 mins later and their system now says they are no longer accepting curbside pickup at 6:30 pm in the evening. After calling again, she said she's no longer accepting our order because we ordered from the parking lot when she just told us we can move to the next door lot. Petty, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service skill. High on a power trip. Sadly, one extremely poor experience ruins all prior good experiences. EDIT: A white girl inside helped my husband and let us know that the manager would not be in until later and asked if there was anything further she could do to help. A person who understands the owner's bottom line is to make money which we're trying to give them while not even pushing back on a difficult employee's rules and trying to comply to no avail. Finally got what we needed. Win win for the business and us.

I never thought I would live to see the day that places beyond Amsterdam, and right here in the United States, would be selling cannabis and other related products and it'd be perfectly legal! I'm still waiting for North Carolina to get its act together. The whole thing is ridiculous, if you ask me! I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke cigarettes and I don't do hard drugs. And yet, when I go to a party or a social function, everybody is enjoying their cocktails and beers and stepping outside for a vape or a cigarette. And as much as I love my diet Coke, I can't help but wonder why I'm not able to enjoy my indulgence without breaking the law or offending people. Ridiculous! Don't get me started... On with the review... Upon arrival in Las Vegas last month, I asked my travel companions to take me to a place where I could get some weed. Within 15 minutes we were in a parking lot at Mint Cannabis which I think is open 24 hours a day? Wow! After presenting our IDs, we were welcomed inside and the place was huge. Between you and me, I feel like these stores are overproducing and over presenting like I feel most stores are these days. Too many choices and a bit overwhelming. Luckily, we had a nice young woman who helped us zero in on what I was looking for. She made me aware of some specials, including if you have tickets to The Wizard of Oz sphere, you get a discount. We did and I did! I feel all these places spend too much money with packaging. The beautiful joint is wrapped in boxes and containers and God knows what. Just give me the damn weed and keep all the other crap and give me a good price.! All in all, I got a lot of good stuff at a good price considering it's a store in Las Vegas. Lots of variety, and like I said if you are into Vapes and drinks and all that other stuff, Mint Cannabis had everything you could possibly want. The service was excellent and before I knew it I had a variety of stuff and was on my way. I forgot to tell you the best part about Mint Cannabis, It's in the same parking lot with White Castle. Not only can you get a buzz in that parking lot, but I didn't even need to get back into my car to indulge in my favorite munchie in the world, White Castle hamburgers and a diet Coke. This was a duo made in heaven and knocked Mint Cannabis out of the ballpark!! I fell asleep that night like a baby. A smooth flight to Vegas, an excellent buzz and those delicious juicy hamburgers. When you are in Vegas, get off the strip and visit Mint Cannabis if you are looking in for a treat. And if you you stop by White Castle, eat a few for me!!!
