Having multiple challenges with on line, delivery orders. The department is very dysfunctional & randomly cancels orders. I placed a large order last night for AM delivery only to learn that it was cancelled- this is the 3rd time. Also, I believe that confirmed items in my orders were pulled to accommodate someone else (especially on sale items). Not very customer service friendly especially with repeat/medical patients. Losing confidence in their operation. Once an order is confirmed- that should always stand- if a change is required due to inventory mistake- call the customer, at minimum. The level of incompetence is ungodly. I legitimately have been at the counter for one hour while this person tries to round up the products I ordered. He's gotten the price wrong three times and he's working on his second manager already to figure things out. If you're not gonna honor the deals you have on the menu don't put them on there. It's clear as day. I shouldn't have to wait one hour to pay the correct price and get the products I ordered. This place is a straight up tourist trap and if you're not a local they're gonna hit you SO HARD you're gonna need pillow to sit on. Was visiting Vegas from Los Angeles for my birthday weekend so needed some goodies while in town. Obviously I have a lot of options back home but I was pleased to see how many great options there are here in Nevada and Vegas. I would say Planet 13 is my favorite of the dispensaries in town just because all of the staff are consistently very polite and helpful and they really do have a lot of great options. There is also a tattoo shop, merchandise store, and a separate business where you can buy product and use it there, among other things. In terms of square footage, this place is gigantic and you really do get a lot of bang for your buck in one visit. I was able to find a lot of great options to use while in town and also bring back with me. I feel the pricing is fair, even though a bit more than you would spend at some other smaller places, but that's to be expected given the quality. I would highly recommend to any enthusiast or to anyone that is new to the lifestyle. I will be back next time I am in town. read more

This place is absolutely massive. It feels like a theme park for adult adults. It was a dispensary there was cigars you had a bar as well. I mean there is everything even nice lounge just for people to sit after you get your items. I was super impressed. I wish I could have seen more so it is definitely on my next stop. I heard it through the grape vine that Planet 13 Las Vegas is the largest dispensary in North America. With that being said, there are a lot of items to choose from and you can also place orders for pickup or delivery. There is a Planet 13 app which makes everything even more convenient. On slower days, there aren't as many cashiers working, so you may be waiting a bit longer to be serviced. If you join the rewards program, you will be first to hear about specials and discounts. I came in earlier today to Medizin to get some pre-rolls and the receptionist told me that my favorite receptionist Maile had quit. My name is Ruben and I've been coming to this dispensary, and I always loved her spirit her personality the way that she always welcome us as guest into the dispensary. She always had good conversations always put a smile on everybody's face, her attitude and everything was such a plus she was going through so much trying to work and also take care of her mother, which I understood that her mother was having complications with the stroke and high blood pressure. It's sad that she had to quit and worry about her mom when her job didn't understand how much pressure she had on herself. Maile was a perfect match for front desk receptionist at a dispensary definitely gonna miss her and I don't know if I will come back to this dispensary knowing that she's no longer here. I've been coming here for the past two years and she is the first person that I've ever known that brought good customer service. I know a lot of people are going to definitely meet her and her spirit specially walking into the dispensary she was such a hard worker such a good person. I didn't know her personally, but I knew that she was going through a lot after the death of her dad and then dealing with her mom's health issues and trying to work hard, no matter what she was going through, she always put a smile on her face, especially with the guests. The staff truly make this location fantastic! I was greeted when I got out of my uber at the front of the location by a friendly employee, who was also willing to take pictures if needed;) When I entered the building, the wonderful woman at the desk helped create an account for me with my medical card from another state, and was kind enough to answer all my questions and walk me through the process kindly. Once inside, I describe it like a shopping mall. There are little food fronts, a candy/ snack store, a tattoo shop, a consumption room, and of course the main attraction. It is almost overwhelming, the store has everything you could think of from a bud perspective. I really have not explored dispensaries a lot. I have my card for a cancer diagnosis and use what works and that's it. However, this shop had many national brands, different strands and even some of their own award winning greens. I was looking for Willie's brand and they were out. I was able to be directed to other options which was nice. Prices are a decent value, with my usuals being approx the same as in my home state after my medical application. The budtender also relieved some of my worry of traveling with my purchases on my person. If you are in Vegas and near this fun , large location, stop in. It's so empty and dead inside because standing around is such an issue. I would have gotten a better deal at reef like 500 ft away visited Planet 13 with my valid Nevada medical marijuana card and government-issued ID. However, under Nevada law, individuals 18 and older with a valid medical marijuana card are legally permitted to purchase medical cannabis . Feeling frustrated, I went across the street to Reef Dispensary, where they promptly verified my credentials and served me without issue. It's disheartening when dispensaries don't adhere to state laws, but I'm grateful Reef Dispensary respects and understands the rights of medical patients. Had a fun visit to this dispensary. It's definitely very large and it's more than just a dispensary. They also have stores, gift shop and restaurants. Be aware you do have to be 21 to even enter this property which I didn't realize. After you check in, they give you a number and then when your number is called, you go to that register. The customized one on one service is outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable , which was a huge help since I really don't know much about This. I was really excited to visit Planet 13 while on vacation from Miami. Unfortunately, my experience did not go as expected. Upon my arrival, the customer service agent in the photo below had a noticeable attitude. While I was waiting for my partner to complete their purchase--I had already been there for about 20 minutes--I took a quick photo of the building's floor design (also shown below). The same employee, who refused to provide her name, abruptly told me to leave the building for taking a picture. I have the entire incident recorded on video for proof. When I mentioned that I would be reaching out to corporate, she again refused to give her name, which is also captured on video. After I began recording, she attempted to get security involved to control the narrative, but the footage clearly shows what happened. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that depends on customer experience. People like her should not be representing your brand, especially in a customer service position. Based on her demeanor and behavior, she may have even been under the influence while working. I have already reached out to Planet 13 corporate and am waiting for a callback.
