When I arrived someone greeted me in the parking lot to do a quick forehead scan to check my temperature. They held the door for me and led me to the pedicure room. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences. This was the best spa experience I've had because Natasha was so kind and talented. Overall it was very relaxing and I would return.
